That said, there is a noticeable amount of homelessness in the surrounding area, which made us feel somewhat unsafe, especially at night. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep before heading out early the next morning, this hotel is a good option. However, if you plan on spending a lot of time in the immediate area, it’s something to keep in mind.

The hotel it but in the best part of town and it’s kind of expensive

The toilet is right next to the vanity, no space, makes it hard to use the bathroom. The continental breakfast is always out of something or something is broke and the lady that restocks it is not nice about it. It is not right next to Hollywood walk of fame, about a 10-12 minute walk and in the heat it feels longer. Me and my daughter made it work but I think there’s better options.

Nice property just couple blocks from the beginning of the walk of fame. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and cool when we arrived. Bathroom is small and showhead is for a rainfall. Bed were comfortable. Parking is very tight but it is free and gated. Breakfast was very good as well.

Such a quaint spot on Sunset! Just what we needed for our time there. Within walking distance of a lot of the touristy spots. Parking was very doable and FREE! Felt safe and secure. Pool was perfect for the hot days and was probably one of the cleanest hotel pools we have seen! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The room is tight with only a few tables but with the beautiful weather we didn't mind eating outside on a bench but if you want a table you will have to time it just right (there were tables outside as well). We were there for 5 days and you will have to also time housekeeping just right if you are to need it. You'll have to ask for it on the weekends if you need it. Rooms were updated and not dingy at all. NO ELEVATOR so if you are unable to do stairs make sure you ask for a ground floor room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We got there earlier than regular check-in time and they let us know when our room was ready and kept our luggage for us while we walked around.

As soon as we entered, the room had a strong mildew smell. The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat, mildew in the shower, water stains on the ceiling above the sink, and dark water stains under the sink. The walls were dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the bed sheets had yellow stains. It also appeared that mildew had simply been painted over with white paint instead of being properly repaired. The condition of the room was so unacceptable that we checked in and checked out within 10–20 minutes. We did not feel comfortable or safe spending the night and were concerned about the overall cleanliness of the room. The 4-star rating and photos on Hotels.com did not reflect the condition of the room we were given and were very misleading. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend staying here.

The pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious in the morning. The room didn’t have many drawers for clothes, but otherwise the room was good.

The hotel itself was ok. My kids loved the pool. We appreciated the included breakfast, though the eggs were gross. The beds were clean, but smaller than anticipated. I thought we were getting queen beds, but they were full beds. The photos looked nicer and more spacious than the rooms themselves. No counter in the bathroom. It was clearly modernized recently, but still very basic. The value was fine for what we needed. Just a place to sleep. Parking was behind the building. Very tight to get in and out. Overall, not a bad experience, but even if the hotel wasn’t closing, we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I really
-
Roomy, 3 queen beds, pool Mold on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom and shower. Very low water pressure in the shower. Woke up to use the bathroom in early morning and saw a huge sewer roach in the sink, crawling around the sink.
-
The room was clean, and the amenities were good. However, the breakfast could be improved by offering a better variety and higher-quality options.

Convenient & central in WeHo.

The parking

The first property (Luxury 2 bedrooms in Hollywood) cancelled my stay 8 hours before my check in so Hotels.com got me a reservation in this location, even knowing that I have 2 kids on the reservation. Anyway, when I got to the sunset I couldn’t believe; a old and smelly room with a strip club on the corner, prostitution area with a horrible noise and no parking. A completely nightmare!! So when I called Hotels.com to complain they refused to exchange my reservation and send me to another hotel coz Sunset management refused my request trying to obligate me to stay there and charging me $1.030,00 for 2 rooms that I NEVER stayed in. Long story short; I’ve been totally scammed. Be careful.
