Dirty, clogged sinks and no maintenance, only one staff member. Dangerous for children. Broken curtains, drawers, boards and towel racks. Zero security. Fire alarms go off because of faulty wiring and pot heads smoking ing their rooms.

The shower wasn’t clean very dirty like they never clean it ! The room , hallways and overall hotel smells like mildew ! Cable wasn’t working or WiFi

There were known issues that were not communicated to guests upfront. For example, the TV’s were not working properly.

So paying was partially for the breakfast leaving quote early. 630 rolls around and no breakfast. And we had to leave before before it got there. It was 720 and still had not gotten there. So had to go pay more money to stop and get breakfast. Im coming back through this way in 3 weeks to pick up my kids and will not be staying here again.

The entire place was very clean, from the parking lot to the room. I could really relax and enjoy my stay.

Elevators were filthy, our room was not the cleanest, the doors were falling off the hinges, shower amenities were completely emptied, the rings from the bathroom faucet were taken out and sitting on the sink, water sprayed everywhere, i notified front desk so that I wasn't charged. Need was comfy, when we went down for breakfast, there were other guests hoarding food, making multiple trips to their rooms zero hot food left and barely any breads or cereal because of this. Staff was extremely friendly.

Overall a very clean and well maintained facility. I personally would prefer carpet in the rooms vs plank flooring but to each his own. My suite was well stocked and very clean. A comfy one night stay on my drive back to NC
