Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"

There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more.

Room The air conditioner. You need to inform customers that you use the wall unit and not the unit or self. I turn off the unit and couldn't get it back on we sweated all night. Front desk came about 4 am when I called to try and fix it

Location. It was quiet, clean and had friendly staff. The cost is competitive but I think the cost of hotel stays are just expensive.

Everything was good. Wished there would have been a bigger variety for breakfast or to switch it up each day. Also something listed on the website that the indoor pool is not heated.

We were pleasantly surprised. This is either a new hotel or recently updated. It was very clean overall. Check in was easy and receptionist was very friendly. We loved the bed and pillows and the air worked great. Parking is free and it includes a hot buffet breakfast. Breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast, nothing exceptional. You can also eat at the Dennys next door and get a discount with your room key. There was even a nice bar inside the hotel. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. There is not much in this location. There was a Dennys and a few fast food places. We thought it was pricey for the location but highly recommend as a nice place to stay.
