The room was perfect. The bed was a little firm, but we slept well. The staff was very freindly and helpful. We would defintely stay here again.

Staff super friendly. Hotel smells of mold and floor joists are wrapped, questioning the integrity of the structure

Great Location and Great Staff at the front desk Bathroom floors had dirt and small pieces of trash in the toilet and vanity areas. Grout was filthy. Not a single bed side light worked. Yes, we made sure the light was on at the wall! They did not work. Room had an odd oder. Also, realized the kids had left their toothbrush and they couldn’t give us one because they were locked up??? Thank goodness Walmart is right out of the parking lot.

We have stayed at this hotel before and every time our rooms have been clean, roomy, and comfortable, Buffet breakfast is hot and waffles. Wish they had cooked oatmeal but waffles are delicious. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and enjoy W. Monroe and Monroe. 5 Star Hotel but affordable priced. Win-Win for us!

Good stay, could use a little touch of professionalism.

Clean. I was told, through booking. Com i could check in by noon. When i got there, i was told mu room would not be ready till 3. I also called 2 after booking to confirm this and also confirmed the day before. I though l was as talking to the hotel directly. The only thing that was wrong, but could have been fixed quickly if we would called, we didnt’t, was the lights by bed did nit work. We tried different things and other switches. Nice clean hotel. Nice Staff. Easy on off I-20.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Hotel Comfort Suites West Monroe near Ike Hamilton Expo Center has a 5-star quality. We look forward to staying there on future trips to W. Monroe.

This room was dated, and the pull out couch was stained. We had a roach in the room as well.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was good for a one-night stay, with a Walmart next door to replenish road trip supplies. The property was average; our room smelled like marijuana, and the floor smelled musty. The price was fair for the experience.

The breakfast and staff were awesome! It was the cleanest, and we also had a few problems with the AC, Tv Remote, and lock on the door.
