This place was really clean, loved the area, and great room and breakfast. Only thing is the system was down for a while and I had to work. This had nothing to do with the property though. Everything was amazing. It did finally come back up though. So 5 stars minus a small internet issue z

Hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. There's a seating area outside. the young lady at the front desk was amazing.

Breakfast was hit or miss. The first day it was a pleasant surprise. The second day was big falloff. Didn't eat the third day. Staff was very friendly when they were available. Called multiple times to Housekeeping and Front Desk to ask for more rags with no answer. Went to the Front Desk and waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me (even with other employees walking by and not acknowledging me). No one ever came to the desk. There was a ring around our toilet bowl. There were flies in the breakfast area everyday so we had to eat in our room. The pool was warm & not cooled at all. The TV and beds were nice.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free hot (full) breakfast. Several close restaurants. Parking felt safe.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cloudy, but overall nice. The front desk guy wasn't super friendly, but check-in went smoothly. The hotel is in a great area and easy access to I-20.

I really enjoyed the cleanness. I Worked in a casino for 40yrs in Vegas. So I'm very aware of important customer service and cleanness. This was my second stay. Hope to return again and hope the cleanness l will find again.
