I am extremely picky about hotels. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. It was super clean, the staff was amazing. I wish there was this level of a hotel experience everywhere. It was great!

I liked the friendliness of the staff. I didn’t like the parking.

A/C unit was extremely loud and then fan broke (even more loud) during the middle of night. Terrible night's rest. Asked for refund (they have a guaranteed satisfaction statement painted on the lobby wall) but all they could do was give Hilton points (?), claiming it was because reservation was booked through 3rd party. Beware all around.

Very please with the hotel location. Breakfast was great. House cleaning very nice. My family was told to leave the pool. I have a large family. Everyone supervised by my wife and me. Very unfortunate. Manager was not nice.

This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.
