The rooms were clean and comfortable The lobby was under construction and the pool was dirty

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room door didn't lock. We let the staff know. They said maintenance was out of the area and wouldn't be back until later. We asked for a different room if maintenance couldn't fix the lock and they said they were planning to fill up by the end of the night so they couldn't guarantee there would be a room if maintenance was unsuccessful. It turned out that the maintenance guy fixed it within the hour.

When in West Monroe this is our family’s go to hotel. The hotel is always clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also really good.

Good location Discounted pet fee A/C worked poorly in the room. It was humid and miserable. Construction was going on in the lobby, as all the tiles were being replaced (couldn’t be helped).

lobby under repair. breakfast in a conference room. should have discounted the rate because of the repairs. having said that, the room was brand new and in beautiful shape

The property is great! The pillows are not comfortable and I forgot mine so I had difficulty sleeping. Everything else was great! Staff is phenomenal! Not the property, during my stay, a sporting event going on next door. The residents staying in the rooms were load a lot of banging on walls. It was not peaceful.

The breakfast has limited selections. Value quality wasn't good and tasteless.

Location was fine Construction was ongoing. Bed was uncomfortable. Found a bug in bed and stain on sheets.

The lobby was unavailable due to construction, but the room was nice and staff were amazing!

It's rare to find a US chain hotel this clean! I'm a total clean freak and usually travel with my own bedding, pillows, towels, and disinfectant wipes because hotel cleanliness is so hit or miss. But I felt completely comfortable here and got a great night's sleep.

We have stayed at several Home2 suites in the past few weeks and this is by far the lesser of them all. And to top it off it was twice the amount of money to stay for an okay place. Look for something different in West Monroe.
