The night shift desk clerk was very nice and helpful every day we were there, the kitchen staff very nice and friendly and food was delicious

This hotel is very dated. Rust in the bathtub , holes in the walls. It truly needs to be shut down and renovated. Smelled like dog urine. Will never go here again

Desk staff were perfect but I Felt like bugs were biting me and my drink I made in my room a little black bug flew in it and I felt like I was being bitten all night I left 2 hours into being in my room.

First they gave me a key to room 530. I went to the room and the lights flashed red and green but didn't unlock the door. Returned to room with new keys. Someone had been in room. Sodas on nightstand. Towels on floor, smell of smoking, coffee in maker. Returned for different room 429. Keys didn't work. had to get new keys. One elevator didn't work. Hallway AC not working. I would not expect this from Hilton.

Hotel was filthy and my room smelled like dog. all of it

1st I cleaned room unmade bed tv on as if someone was in the room. The 2nd room dirty, very dusty, carpet dirty, rust in bathtub, one of the beds sheets were not changed on the bedkey did not work had to go downstairs several times to get the key rekeyed.

I specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool and they said they have a breakfast buffet. The hotel was under construction for a while now and so we did not get a breakfast buffet. Had I would’ve known that I would’ve picked a different hotel.

Tried to charge us a damage/smoke fee .before we even checked in .then 2nd floor hallway was a stiff 76°and smelled like old cat piss. Other then that room was cleaned atleast once during my stayed.at least they had decent steaks

One elevator down and the other one jerked when stopping on floors . Thought we were getting free breakfast when we booked. Cracker Barrel was cheaper than buffet.

Hallway carpets were rundown and smelled. Room also was rundown- carpets, walls, etc. It had an odor, bathroom floor was sticky and had hair in the shower. The hotel desperately needs updating. Not worth the price.
