There was a horrible smell throughout the hallway along with the room carried a bad odor. The hot water in the shower was not hot. Room 400

Also I paid for breakfast and the cook did not show up for work

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is in desperate needed of repair and updating. There are visible signs of wear and tear, rust and in some cases mold. The mattresses should be replaced as they are old and no longer comfortable.

Lack of communication among staff

First impression when we got there it smelled so bad.. It smelled like sewage.. Then we had to wait on someone to come to front desk.. When I ask about breakfast they did have it but it cost $15 for buffet or you could order off menu.. But when I pay over 500 for 2 nights, I expect free breakfast.. Also if you want housekeeping you have to notify the front desk 24 hrs. in advance.. Never stayed anywhere you didn't have your room cleaned & restocked or trash emptied.. Also has bottle water in room but if your not a certain member you have to pay $3 Don't put in rooms if not free.. It was just a money thing all around.. Would not stay there again.. Its a very old hotel & it tells.. The carpet is wore out the paint is missing in alot of places. Also hall lamp ha burnt a big hole in shade & it was still up on the wall.. Just felt like for a Hilton it was second best..

The bed was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. Overall the place was run down and the bathroom tub needed to be replaced because of rust. The smoke detector was not properly on the wall. There were unpleasant smells throughout the hotel and there should be some sort of dehumidifying elements. I do not think the one night stay was worth $200+.

It was dirty and old

Everything was awesome. Except for the hot water never got hot! But everything else was great

The staff was nice, understanding, and accommodating. Our room had a lingering bleach smell, the front lobby was hot during the day (one of the double doors was not closing so it let in all the hot air). The hallway carpet had a stale smell and like they put carpet freshener on it to cover it up.

Location No free breakfast

Great location! Easy access to the interstate and next door to Surge Entertainment Complex. Friendly staff, snacks for purchase in the lobby, and delicious free morning coffee with half & half and creamers. Free bottled water at check-in. Breakfast buffet was $15 (it was decent). The bartender was amazing and he made the perfect Patron margarita. The rooms are desperately in need of an upgrade. It was very overpriced for a room with a damp moldy loud window unit and dirty carpet. Bed was comfortable and room had a refrigerator and microwave.

We stayed here last year 2025 and it was 10/10 this year 1/10. Our room was non smoking but 100% smoked in.

Great location and decent rooms Breakfast people.complaining about their jobs and when we checked.in paid in full as usual.when you check in 2 days after leaving charged us another 700 dollars when.we.called.claimed we paid partial for the 7 days we stayed. We booked it thru booking.com and.paid what was said in full. They never was going to.refund full.scam.stealing peoples money

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room itself was very very dated, was not very clean. Stains all over, rust in the shower, smelled terrible.

Room and staff were amazing

Staff was absolutely amazing and the room was large and spacious. Perfectly met my needs.

My only gripe would be they don't answer the phone at all at the front desk. I was trying to call before check-in to let them know my wife would be checking in and not me. Also see if they had a room ready for early check-in but they kept picking up and hanging up in my face or transferring me to nothing. They even did it to Hilton Representative because I call them to help me and they call the property several times and even they couldn't get through. Other than that and a few missing towels in my room everything was good.
