Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left

I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor right by the stairway. Travelers should be made aware upfront regarding major issues with accommodations.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

I liked the cleanliness of hotel. Disliked the elevator being broken. I was there for funeral and lugging luggage up was hard enough but taking down while in heels was extremely hard.

After 30 minutes, they were able to give me a room on the first floor. Room was nice, but i had to kill two bugs. Breakfast was good. It is a quiet location and just down from Outback, Chili's, Logans steakhouse and other locations.

The hotel staff was so friendly. Customer service was provided from the front desk staff to the food prep staff. The room was very clean and up to par. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. I definitely would recommend this hotel for comfort. There is a Drew Brees Center next to it for any activities, but I did not go in. All around I give it a 10/10.

The hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. I did not use the gym but there seems to be adequate equipment and was clean as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was not properly supplied with towels and linens. Our reservation showed that four of us would be staying. We only had enough pillows for 3. There we no sheets for the fold-out couch. There were only 2 towels and wash cloths.

Room was never serviced. We had to put dirty towels in hall and trash. They never brought us towels. Had to ask for towels at front desk. They promised to bring some and never did.
