The bed was unfortunately , very unconfortable. They really need new beds. Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was cold, so were Eggs. But overall out of 10 I would give it a 7

I loved the room in general. My name was on the TV when I walked in lol also, the bathroom was huge! The bed was firm but comfy. I think they are painting the outside of the building so the windows were covered in plastic. It would've been nice to have the morning sunlight peek through.

The property was was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent.Breakfast was ok Didn’t get much sleep because of grown men running up and down the stairs. The way the property raised the rates in crisis is inhumane.People in the community were under severe distress and this company raised the rates. That’s really sad to know that we spent over a thousand dollars with a company that operates like that.I’ll never stay there again.

Close to the ramp to the interstate. Nothing

Pretty much everything was great. There were a lot of Entergy workers there that ran up and down the stairs like kids. I think that was some of the most immature behavior that I’ve witnessed from adults in my life.Other than that the stay was good. One other thing the price of the room was double for last weekend vs this one.If hotels are price gouging people in a crisis I think that’s pathetic. Not saying that’s what happened but it sure seems that way.

Good There was no closet. There was only one chair, for 3 people. We could not get the TV to work. Tried calling front desk numerous times, could never get through. An early text from the front desk stated we could text if we needed anything but no one ever answered our text.

The tv greeting with my name The air conditioner

Workout area; layout of room; friendliness of check-in staff member; ease and responsiveness of thermostat in room; love the waffle makers! :-) The walls seemed pretty thin...could easily hear conversation in hallway and adjacent rooms. I would like a non-meat omelette option at breakfast, since we cannot eat pork products.

Room and facilities are nice. Breakfast was good. Stay was really soured by check in. Staff member insisted I did not have a reservation even after I showed him my confirmation. Once he saw his mistake, he was unprofessional and raised his voice when I returned a paper he had asked me to sign.
