The hotel was excellent. The only negative I have are the beds are so hard and I had a hard time sleeping. The other negative was our shower rod was broken. Other than those 2 things we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again but next time I will bring a mattress topper.

EXPENSIVE BUT WAS THE GOING RATE BETTER THAN A LOT OF THEM

The room was clean but the rugs in the hallways are old. The breakfast was okay. The employees at the desk were very friendly but, they didn't know anything about Yellowstone Park.

Our stay was great and cozy! Comfy beds, clean room, great breakfast. Loved the walkable area to all the restaurants and shops.

Place was clean and comfortable. We were in the newer building and everything was updated nicely with a walkin shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and quickly replenished. Pool looked nice though we didn’t use it.

My only sadness about our room was the location behind the breakfast area. We were woken up in the early morning with people preparing the breakfast things. I loved the bunks above the beds and everything else. I think some sound proofing should be invested into room 148.

Nice property close to west entrance

This hotel is lovely, great welcome from Greg and Linda upon arrival with lots of very useful tips regarding Yellowstone and the town! Great room with spotless bathroom! lots of space for our stuff which is not always provided, lovely breakfast and we loved the provision of the coffee and tea 24 hrs a day, a very nice touch! Location is right close to the park entrance and everywhere is walkable. We loved Kelly Inn!

Good: friendly staff, very responsive, I had a couple of service calls mostly in the night, but still the help came right away. Issues: the bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan, so it not very comfortable for a four night stay. The surrounding was noisy, we could hear people walk above us in the middle of the night. They can try insulating the rooms from exterior noise. The breakfast area was very small and the options were limited too. The swimming pool was small too.

It was a single night stay so couldn't explore much. It was a decent stay.

I enjoyed spending time in the morning by the fire pit outside.

Kelly Inn is very close to the Yellowstone entrance, very close to food options, gas stations, many local shops, and grocery store. Very convenient in all aspects of traveling, especially if traveling with a family. The morning breakfast was great and offered options (even for picky eaters). Pictures & reviews did not do this place justice when we reserved our room. We are highly satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Close to Jackson hole. Bathroom a bit outdated. Shower head very low. Free breakfast but doesn’t start until after sunrise so it’s hard to get food and make it to the Tetons for sunrise
-
I would ask that there be some variety with breakfast, especially the hot breakfast savory items

Good hotel for exploring Yellowstone. Convenient location.

More like a motel than a hotel. Definitely not worth the price

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the breakfast area was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel is nice and close to Yellowstone West entrance. My kids loved getting to unwind in the pool. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel for your Yellowstone stay. Easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops as well but far enough away from the hullabaloo.

I booked through Expedia and the pictures are not anything like the room. The room we had with two queens seemed much older than we were lead to believe by the pictures. The curtains were the worse which seems like they could fix with the amount of people booking this hotel. And it gets light early and stays light until late. Secondly our room on the second floor had the noisy occupants above us that loudly banged around until 11:00pm both nights. It did have a good location right near the park entrance.
