Golden Stone Inn

We loved our stay at Golden Stone Inn. It's located right on the edge of town, within a 10-15 minute walk to everywhere. The room was clean and spacious with a coffee maker, front porch, blackout shades and warm shower. The general manager greeted us with a quick tour of the fire pits and breakfast area and gave us tips on how to view the 4th of July fireworks right from our balcony. You could tell he really cared about his guests feeling comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of hot options, full tea bar, oatmeal, bacon, etc. Whole property felt new and well loved by people who really care.

Quiet resort outside the downtown tourist chaos. Beautifully maintained rooms and property. Perfect place to relax after a long day in Yellowstone. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast.

The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very cozy place. There is no laundry machine, but there is laundromat nearby. My kids loved this place, especially for beautiful room and s’more.

This place is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at close to a national park. Location is super close to the West Yellowstone entrance making it super convenient. The staff was great, Corey is awesome. They make you feel right at home. The breakfast was really good, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. At night, they light up the fire and provided s’mores. They also have really good tea options. The room was super clean and modern. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t wanna leave! We will be back for sure.

Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the manager was always available and helpful. Great spot just a few minutes from restaurants and the west entrance of Yellowstone. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay!

Great small lodging option. The style is modern rustic. They have fire pits outside and do s’mores at night. The breakfast is great. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

The accommodations were nice and very convenient to the national park. Cory and his team were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others!

Great property manager!! Loved our stay, easy check-in and clean room. Hot water, tea, breakfast, smores, bikes, all available in the common area. Fully recharged before we head out the next day :)

I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in West Yellowstone and this one takes the cake. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The evening fire was lovely and the breakfast was honestly incredible. The staff were very kind and the GM, Cory, is a wonderful guide if you need suggestions for any of your park adventures! The hotel itself is walking distance to all the restaurants/bars but far enough that it’s still very quiet. I will certainly be back

This place was fantastic. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. So clean and comfortable…but most importantly was the staff. Cory goes the extra mile.

Clean, contemporary, nice rooms. Cory made sure everything was perfect for us and recommended where to eat.
