Clean room parking available

Waited long for the gentleman to come out to the front desk everytime! Won't be staying here again.

The location was great. We needed something close to the highway. It was close to restaurants. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner. The shower floor looked dirty and there was mold where the shower doors slide. Also, what’s up with the small bed pillows? I paid over $200 for a 1 night stay, way too much for a room next to the pool, where we had to listen to kids screaming (I know they were having fun, but. . .), and we were next to the ice machine, which was very noisy.

Clean and the place did not smell of smoke or marijuana the two nights I was there. I had my dog with me but the room did smell like dog. I know, I know but it smelled like wet dog. I sprayed perfume and cleaned the air filter and it helped. But I needed the air on all the time.

The staff was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in Wilkes-Barre.

Finding the location and parking were easy, and the room was ready for us when we arrived. Santiago was very friendly and helped us check in for our stay. Rooms were clean, breakfast was well stocked in the morning! Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights when we came to Wilkes Barre for a wedding. Room was clean & quite, staff friendly. Parking was onsite and free location was close to restaurants etc. they offered free breakfast which is convenient for a quick breakfast. It’s also within walking distance of Perkins if u prefer. Would stay again.

Room was very clean, breakfast was good and the pool was nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms furniture is newly updated. Beds are nice. That is all… Staff, hotel, and management are far below standards.

The accommodations were adequate, and the staff members were friendly. The property does need some updating.

The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Comfort Inn beds and linens are very good. Breakfast was usual hotel fare, but everything was hot and tasty. The room had zero USB charging ports. Also, perhaps a new trend, there was no clock on the nightstand. The bathroom had been renovated to add a walk-in shower, but this left no room for the sink. The solution(?) was to put the sink in the room where the closet used to be. This seemed a little odd to me.

Convenient parking. The downside was that there wasn't a good area for walking the dog. Room was comfortable.

When we tried to use the pool, there were some teenagers shouting and playing in the water.

Staff was great but our room had dead roaches around the AC and Window.

Yes! Everything was great the staff and everyone were great.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, breakfast was decent. The only thing that I would warn future guests about is the fact that you need a key card to use their lobby restrooms.
