In room Broken toilet seat, hairdryer didn’t work rio in arm of room chair - breakfast juice machine broken, timer on waffle maker broken, breakfast area table not clean

Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Room. Was clean and comfortable.

Staff was quick to move us when we found our initially-assigned two rooms smelling like smoke, despite being a 100% smoke-free facility. Air conditioning worked very well and easy parking. Breakfast was OK. We were there for one night.

Great budget stay. Right off the highway and close to plenty of restaurants, gas stations and shops. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Felt safe as well.

We stay here a couple times a year and the staff is always soooo friendly with us and our dogs

Hotel was okay. The breakfast was limited. I had to go out to get something to eat.

Pretty old and dingy facility, the whole place smelt like wet stale cigarette smoke.

Everything was great but I think breakfast should be from 7-11 am

Young children (under 10) should not be allowed to be in the breakfast area unsupervised or unaccompanied by adults. 5 children from a family with no adults present wreaked havoc through the breakfast area, spilling pancake batter everywhere, standing in front of the juice machine holding the button and pour the juice down the drain. Hands all over the unwrapped bread and muffins in the case. Playing catch with the apples and putting them back in the bowl. Who wants to eat anything after seeing this. This needs to be addressed.

Hotel was okay but housekeeping never checked our room. No trash emptied or dirty towels picked up unless we did it. We always had to get our own clean towels. The mattress on the bed needs to be upgraded.
