Quality Inn Wilkes-Barre near Arena

Maybe more seating chairs in the room instead of sitting on beds to watch tv.

Overall great experience. Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for a one night layover being surrounded with restaurants and all kinds of service businesses, quick and easy access.

Room chairs very abused by pets

The carpet from second floor was tear apart, they said they will change but the keep saying that. Bathroom had mold. bed was okay clean sheets.

Parking was convenient, staff was very friendly and accommodating!

When my arrival at 4:10am front door was, closed and there’s was nobody at front desk. I was ringing the bell and nobody answered called directly and no answer from anyone at front desk. Waited outside for about 20 minutes. Apart from that room smelled very humid just an overall unpleasant smell. Moving towards the morning towards 9am going downstairs for breakfast there was barely anything left.

Breakfast was not very desirable.- but there’s a Perkins steps away I would return again …

Stay was good, breakfast sucked. But clean and good to sleep.

Nice and quiet place for a night or two. Clean a comfortable room. Stand attentive and friendo. Will come back.

Totally disappointed. Room was dirty. I don’t think the floors were cleaned in months. Put down the towel out of shower and it was black underneath. The AC wasn’t working. When asked if we could be moved or have maintenance fixed, they had a young guy who looked like he was from the streets come in hit a button and said it’s good now and it never was. I will never stay here again!

It's was a disgrace the fools were extremely filthy the wall are like someone through or sprayed the wall with something was not impressed what so ever also the tub when showering does not drain it filled up with water had to hurry out because itwas filling up with water shame on this place you need to clean it better then same with the sink what been seen was filling up and the sink was plugged i would not even give it any stars 8.5 not for what I seen i couldn't even walk on the darn floor it was sticky and gross

Little flys all over in the room. Breakfast could be a lot better.

Pleasant Hotel at a good spot

The place is absolutely run down and dirty. Homeless people outside. The floors where dirty and very sticky had to where shoes everywhere. Trash piled in the hallway. Shower was dirty didn’t even dare to use it. The breakfast at 8:30 was out of everything not that there was much. Will never stay there again. Not worth the price maybe half if you can over look everything.

Convenient location off the interstate. Grounds around the hotel a bit messy. Room appeared clean, but the floor was tacky. Staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast items met my needs. This hotel location allows dogs. I would definitely stay there again for an overnight stay.
