The staff greeted us warmly and answered our questions on dining and local activities. We had an enjoyable experience. We just wished the bar area had been open at check in time. We went elsewhere for refreshment and light snacks.

Did not eat breakfast. Had a light supper at the cafe, a margarita that was wonderful. Nothing.

Location is good. Room and bed was uncomfortable. They charged more than the agreed upon price and charged more to our card than what was on the invoice we were provided.

Great stay buy the little fridge that only cools for 2 hours sucks.

Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel. They have a coffee/ bar area, but the 3 times i.went down no one able to help me, and before you ask, yes I went down at times that I was told by the front desk that someone should be there. And when I did stand at the bar area waiting, clearly with the front desk seeing me there, you would think they would try and help me, instead they just ignored me. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I will not be going back there again.

The shower in our room was absolutely not cleaned properly for some time. We booked a room that happened to be handicapped accessible. It was the only room available at that time. It had discolored goo leaking out of the safety handles. Even worse was the clumps of hair on the safety seat, as well as what looked like a red substance on the wall under the seat . Very dissatisfied.

Nice stay with a small but nice indoor pool. Handicap room worked well with excellent shower facility. Breakfast was not included is the only drawback for our stay.

Every where was super clean and the hospitality was impeccable.
-
We could not sleep because water was running through pipes in the walls all night long. Very loud and very disturbing. We spoke to the manager on duty at check out and they have yet to get back to us as promised. very unpleasant situation.

-
Friendly staff pubic hairs in bathroom corners, shower and on countertop and a stink bug in there to boot. Old style thick comforter put underneath modern sheet blanket which did not make sense.

Clean room, pleasant staff. Nice place to spend the night

Clean and inviting lobby, the bar serves some of the best espresso martinis in the valley. a woman with a clipboard came knocking on our door at 1030am when checkout was at 12pm. she apparently had a room key and opened our door trying to enter while my boyfriend and i were still sleeping. luckily i had the deadbolt on so she couldn’t. once i confronted her she just asked if we had a 12pm checkout, exchanged weird looks and left. not really sure what that was about but i don’t think we will be returning because of that.
