The Hilton system went down so they didn’t have my reservation and they knocked on my door in the middle of the night to confirm i was in the room because their check in system was down.

Clean room. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. But overall good experience.

A very nice inconvenient place to stay right off the highway in Scranton. My only complaint was that the bed for me was very uncomfortable.

Great service all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ate Dinner ,food was good I really appreciated that the kitchen was opened late! My room was clean slept great. Parking felt safe and clean. Pet area was clean and had curbing bags available at all station. Definitely recommend to stay .

Don't stay in room 410! Not sure if the other rooms are the same but the air conditioner woke us up every hour. It was so loud, sounded like a leaf blower. Awful. There was also some mold in the shower on the caulking. Rest of the room and amenities were good.

Room wasn’t cleaned once during our long wknd stay. Also, towels were stained. Other than that, stay was okay.

Elevator was beat up and not so clean. Room floor could have cleaner. Bathroom was perfect bedding was perfect.
