Hampton Inn & Suites Wilkes-Barre/Scranton

The location was optimal, not only to our destination but the stores around it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff. We definitely appreciated the coffee and hot tea bar. It made our stay that more special and cozy. Our room was very clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for such great service and hospitality! Nothing. Everything was top notch.

Location to shopping. The AC looked dusty. The stay was short so there was no kitchen area available.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff The room was spacious comfortable and clean Loved the pool and hot tub Coffee and breakfast available in the morning

Gorgeous room, loved the double sink areas - one at the entrance, one outside the bathroom. It made our lives as a family a lot easier.

Recommended.

Clean updated room, convenient to restaurants and shopping, helpful staff.

Room was clean and quiet

Clean!

Toilet did not work. When reported to desk upon leaving they noted many complaints about water coming in high..but outs did not flush. It sounds like a systemic problem you knew about. Girl at front desk aloof with eyes locked up in permanent eye roll.

Bed was comfortable. However the faucet sprayed water all over. When I reported it the clerk said it would be looked at and nothing was done. The shade was broken. Also the button on the phone to call the main lobby was broken.

Exceptional

The cleanest hotel I ever stayed at with a fabulous breakfast!

Easy check in and check out.

Nice, quiet hotel. Room and bathroom, both large, were spotless. Expansive vanity in the bathroom provided lots of space for our toiletry items and meds. Efficient elevator; short wait times. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Helpful staff. Huge parking lot.

The whole hotel had a stale smell of cigarettes very disappointing.

Immaculately clean, very comfortable, ample breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. And a reasonable rate. All around highly recommend.

The staff has been super friendly and very nice to my family. We felt welcomed. The breakfast place is a bit crowded and the property is a little rundown

Superb
