Residence Inn by Marriott Wilkes-Barre Arena

This is currently the nicest, cleanest hotel in the area.

I love staying here when we are in Wilkes-Barre. Everything is wonderful and the front desk so welcoming!

The rooms were very clean and we were accommodated with ajoining rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, pool was great. We didn't have time to use the fire pit but the staff offered to turn it on. The location was perfect and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The wiring for the lights was a little weird. The light for the bathroom didn't work until you turned on the main lights. In one of our rooms the wrapped bar of soap was used as well as the lotion.

Beautiful room, perfect for a family. Pool was clean. Room was immaculate. Able to walk to an event next door at the arena. Parking was a breeze. Breakfast was good.

Cozy rooms ! Wen my room was ready wen I call , they had gave it to somebody else wen I arrived had to wait, but other then that everything was cozy !

Wish they had jaguzzi

They have set air conditioner censur in night the a/c is on for 5 minutes and off for 30 minutes our sleep was interrupted because of a/c on and off

Breakfast was nice and hot, so good!! And I had a special request to have a room facing the front of the hotel, and not only did the do that they gave me a huge room that the family really loved!! Thanks for everything # 409 There was nothing I didnt like!!

Everything was great. The front desk receptionist LeeAnn and the manager suoervising breakfast area voluntarily went above and beyond any expectations to ensure i had what i needed without being asked. They smiled and were kind and friendly. Thank you.
