The pool.. well. Everytime we tried it waa full and towels all used. But it was okay. Shows other people enjoyed themselves as well.

Staff was amazing, friendly and always available!

The place is clean and the staff was professional. Breakfast was good and you had several choices. The room and bed was comfortable. I love the amenities the pool and the gym. Close to restaurants and stores for shopping. I didn't see anything i didn't like

Great stay wonderful front desk service.

The stay was good up until we went to eat breakfast. One of the staff members serving was so rude ( Caucasian with a nose hook ). First she was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother so I moved the eggs towards the front of the tray as I couldn’t reach it with the serving utensil. She yells at me and says, “you could’ve ask me to move it, don’t touch”. I left it alone and kept moving. Then I wanted sausages and the same thing happens except the she slam the tray after I asked to move the sausages towards the front of the tray. This was so impactful that I walked out with tears and didn’t finished my breakfast. Please train your staff to be kind and to stop using the phone to the point where they get annoyed when asked for help. This was very nerve breaking.

Second time I've stayed here. Everything is clean and the room setup is very convenient.

Breakfast selection was good and prepared hot. Room was spacious and very comfortable with a sofa to watch TV. Staff was pleasant. During my 4 night stay, had to reset WIFI password every day.

I had a unique situation while staying this time. Staff was accommodating and made the process smooth and painless.

Pool was cloudy and breakfast slightly cold but otherwise a clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice location with plenty of restaurants and shops near by

Awesome stay! Helpful hint, it's hidden behind a retirement home, stay to the left of the home to get to the hotel drive. Highly recommended.
