Exceptional

Not very good, but worth of the money I paid.

Rooms are always clean, staff is great, location is great. Price is excellent, and a basic room is nothing fancy but efficient, and you're one minute from Walmart, Starbucks, and a Wegmans. 10/10!!!

Pet friendly,clean bedding,nice staff

The attendant was very nice. There was a man smoking marijuana by the front door. When I booked it online the $50 needed deposit wasn't communicated.

There was none No am offers in food, delays or errors in person check in, online check in and returned weekly customers not recognized as such. Employee st counter stayed she was new but seemed knowledgeable with the computer, argued with ba customer asking for access key to her room with the report that person had one or didn't need another before an exchange and a computer check. Must have been 4 or 5 parties witnessing this. She finally asked for patience and tool first cone first serve. , and acknowledged Prices and differences .

Clean rooms but small. If you are just looking for a clean place with pleasant staff your all good. Ideal if all you need is a TV and a pace to sleep.

Close to airport. Had late check in and late check out!

Can’t figure out how the damn TV system works

I don't understand how this place how good ratings. It was disgusting and an uncomfortable sleep.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly but I had arrived 1 hour prior to check in and was told it would be $36 more to check in earlier...if room was ready not good policy. I requested a bathtub when first arrived. Checked in to have a shower. Then received a phone call that a room was now available on first floor staff at desk checked my 3rd floor room. I removed all my stuff and a dog and went with her to front desk. Once at desk with all my belongings I was told there would be a 30 more fee for the first floor room because I had chosen my first room online. I told her no and got my 3rd floor room back with the shower. Reason I asked and had chosen a tub was I had hurt myself before arriving and I also have arthritis and arrived from South Carolina and just wanted a tub room. Also you on line ad stated free pets stay. Then they asked for a $50 deposit for the pet. That took me by surprise as I only had a little bit left on my credit card to have Motel 6 hold it and told it would take 2-3 days to return into account. Not a happy customer!

I left room good condition and band me for no reason

Convenient location. Check in was quick and the customer service was friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the modern building and room's deco r. The t.v. setup was really convenient. We would definitely come back! No shampoo. No bathub.

I had a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

This property is not part of the Motel 6 chain. It is independently owned. It has hidden fees i didn't know until I got there. There is a early check in fee of $25. And a check in deposit of $50. You do get it back, but that is not on the website. I was not accommodated for being disabled. I am used to people just accommodating me. That sounds wrong, but I Accommodations mostly in the bathroom and shower. I didn't get them here. I almost fell a few times. The shower had a small seat, which barely fit me. I didn't say anything as I left in the morning, but I personally will not be going back there again. I will say the the room was clean and the staff was very nice.

Surprisingly, the room itself was very clean. Based on the condition of the check-in area and the hallways leading to my room, I wasn't expecting the room to be as well maintained as it was. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The outside of the hotel was littered with trash, and there were groups of people hanging out and smoking in the parking lot that guests had to walk through to enter the building, they were out there every time I came back to the room. It appeared that many people were living at the hotel on a long-term basis. There were people hanging out in the hallways throughout the night, they were loud and the smell of weed was over whelming. The lobby was dark and unwelcoming and looked dirty, there were vending machines, but they were completely empty. As I walked toward the elevator, I noticed a large fan in the hallway drying the carpet. There was also a strong musty smell throughout the area. The room itself was extremely small, with barely enough space for a full-size bed and a mini refrigerator sitting on the floor in the corner. While the room was surprisingly clean, the bed was an old spring mattress placed on a platform and was extremely uncomfortable. Based on the condition of the exterior, lobby, and hallways, the overall property felt poorly maintained despite the cleanliness of the room.
