Very nice hotel, found it a bit expensive. For the price there was not even free parking. Price apart the hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. Price

The property as far as the lobby, decor and furniture was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. The room was nice except not enough light in the bathroom over vanity. A door of a drawer below the bathroom sink kept falling out on my toe. The toilets are so very low, hard on your knees and hip. Did speak with front desk about it and they made not of it. Offered us a free breakfast which they normally charge $15.99. We have stayed at other properties and was served the same breakfast which was continental at no charge. Also the warm chocolate chip cookies are so good.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any issues pertaining to our room. The remodeling did not have any negative impact on our stay and it was very enjoyable. The parking is convenient although you have to pay for it, it’s not much. As for the area of Wilmington itself they have great restaurants and it is very walkable , the location is right in the center of the city making the riverfront and their shopping district easily accessible on foot. Kiki did a great job throughout our stay 5 stars for her!

I was so looking forward to my stay at this Doubletree I have stayed at several dobletrees in many locations. This one sorely disappointed me. I did not like being given a room in the basement. It had a running dehumidifier. The furnishings seemed worn and outdated. The air conditioning unit ran very loud. The bathroom was very nice. Towels were very nice. Crabtree & Evelyn very nice

Right in the downtown area of Wilmington. The rooms look amazing! You’ll love how big the rooms are and also the comfy mattresses. Enticing lobby with a pretty decent breakfast, something to start your day with($15 a day per person, unless you add it with your booking). You can also eat and drink at their bar that’s right next to the elevators, they have a fitness area and a pool( which is being serviced right now due to renovations) and the prices are great! I recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the area you should book your stay with them!

The doors to the rooms were very heavy and loud when closing. Although it was brief there was some running around giggling in the hallways when we finally tried to sleep/. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff we spoke to, both in the hotel and in the booth for parking were very helpful and courteous.
