I appreciated the convenient shuttle.

My stay was stopped because of a, (NO CASH ACCEPTED POLICY) in which I was unaware of until the day! Not only was I unaware but, she(ANDREA) said that "y'all started this policy about 1year ago! This was funny to Me because the company always booked reservations seasonally! Therefore unfortunately I had to cancel personally face-to-face was denied My reservation for (2-Day $460) weekend stay for the first time. It was very irritating because it was their first time turning away a $460.00 payment. I believe I was discriminated against & I'm a (CWA) Member! (WWYD?)

The hotel is constantly changing staff members, I have been staying at the Doubletree in Wilmington since 2014. I have become very good friends with 2 staff .embers who have been there a long time

Have stayed here before. Love each time we go back

Elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was not working rendering the hotel inaccessible. Have reviewed thus with hotel. Otherwise this is our go to spot.

Location was decent Common Areas no air conditioning, elevator was broken, staff was rude

I also was charged for breakfast even though I have Gold membership. I will say that speaking to Quincy was a delight. He’s professional, efficient and took care of our situation.

The elevator to the garage didn’t work. So you have to carry luggage down the stairs.

Construction was going on and the windows in our room were covered from the outside so we could not see anything but that being said the rest of the stay was very good. See above regarding the cover over the windows

Clean The rooms can used a little more TLC.

Easy in and out of this hotel, parking garage underneath was helpful. Very nice room with a comfy bed. Nice and quiet too!

Nice and clean lobby, food was good The bathroom was not cleaned. Limited on wash cloths when asked for more never received them

The bed literally collapsed while I was sleeping in it, the general manager said I could have a refund and then I was denied the refund. The bathroom door was water damaged,

Redesign of the lobby. The removal of the carpet was a dumb move. People with shoes on above you are to loud!!!!!

Wonderful place to stay I truly enjoyed myself and i will definitely stay again
