Property is in the middle of Remodeling but 1st floor is nice the rest of HOTEL just Ok, Staff is Awesome. Parking is REASONABLE for the area. Restaurant food is Ok Bar needs some more liquor options but the Bartender she is AWESOME very helpful

The staff was not very helpful and only one person at the front desk, we had difficulty checking in, they were unable to find my reservation even with my confirmation number. There was no assistance with luggage, I had to get a cart on my own and wheel my luggage, the room was clean, there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom.

I stay here all the time cause it is clean and close by all the hangout spots and close to my job

Hotel needs some TLC , but good location if you have business in Downtown Wilmington. Staff very helpful. Parking was ample although didn’t realize you had to pay , which wasn’t clear when booking.

Hotel is very clean was very disappointed with check in. Had my father in town he is handicap in wheel chair. Checked in early so would be no issue with front desk. For some reason room was not up to standard no ac toilet or water in room my father was taken too and had him wait in lobby over a hr. Front desk lead Keke did get the situation rectified which I did appreciate great for his 4 day stay. But was not happy with the morning staff after going over details and checking in early.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and the stays were absolutely amazing. Room nicely decorated and clean friendly staff. This time however the first room I was assigned to had dirty walls and none of the lights worked properly on the lamp stand or the bathroom. When I reported this to the front desk while asking for a room transfer the first thing he asked was if it was because of the lights not working which tells me the hotel is aware of these issues. The second room was only slightly better. Table moved from the wall like it was not meant to be there. Temperature adjustments didn’t work either. It was not the room I chose off line. Very, very bad experience this time. I don’t think I’ll stay at that doubletree again. Just terrible.

The listing mentioned a pool, there is no pool.

Property is very outdated. Housekeeping threw away my property (comforter bag that contained a fitted mattress pad) and I’m still fighting to get compensation. Parking is not free I parked on the street. I chose this hotel for convenience only to my job.

When I arrived in my room, I discovered a stain on the comforter. In addition, it looked like my room had been re-floored and the workers had stepped in the adhesive and left there tread prints at the door.and next to the bed. The hotel marketed me a city view room, however, the only view that I got was of rooftops and the backs of what appeared to be residences. My stay was okay; nothing spectacular about the room or the hotel. To top it off, some of the equipment in the gym did not work and the pool was closed.other than it being convenient to the event that I came to photograph, I was really disappointed. Oh, no free parking and the elevator from the parking garage was broken.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Was not a fan of the parking garage. It was not complimentary and the elevator was out of order.

Lovely room. Near several restaurants.

The hotel is nice indeed, but this time the room I stayed in was not really up to par. It had so many scratches on the walls, dressers. Bed wasn’t made correctly. They left toilet tissue paper that was already used by someone else instead of putting a new one in for a new guest. This time around it wasn’t really a great experience.

$11 dollars to park and the elevator from the garage is broken, so you'll have to lug your luggage up a spiral staircase to get to the lobby. The hallways smell rancid, and you can hear everything through the thin walls of this dump.

The staff was extremely nice, and helpful. I wish the directions were more clear on how to get from the parking deck to the hotel and vise versa. Overall it was a good stay
