I left at least three messages trying to get an early check-in. Never got a response back. We did show a bout an hour early, and the young lady at the front desk was very polite, and the check-in went very smoothly. The hotel room was clean. The mattress for the couch is very thin and not comfortable; the springs squeak. The remotes for the tvs only one worked because the batteries were dead in one of them. The A/C had a loud thump every time it turned on. Great location for the hotel, and like I said, the young lady at check-in was great.

Excellent breakfast! Buffet well worth it with fresh brewed coffee served to you! real eggs … not the powdered stuff and plenty of fresh fruits, great bacon and sausages and many choices including yogurts, fresh real oatmeal and more. Only downside is parking garage is an underground nightmare! We found plenty of free street parking! Staff super helpful! My new “go to” for Wilmington

Location was great. Rooms were very clean. The drainage to sink and toilet flushed slow. Room was missing a chair to eat at table for two.
