The power was out in the hotel for several hours. It did not come back on until after midnight. Had to sit in my car for an hour and when we had access to the hotel, it was no air so the room was hot.

Rooms were wonderful size but need upgrades.

Rattling pipes you can hear in the rooms when someone flushed the toilet. The flexible shower he’d leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Tired rooms and furniture. Though, the rooms were big.

What I liked about this hotel was the professional customer service (Front Desk Receptionist and the Dining servant). I loved my room and the cleanliness. Truly enjoyed the buffet style breakfast.

The property was well maintained. The staff friendly. The location was downtown so it was perfect. The only negative was there was no assistance with luggage. None available. In spite of that I would stay again.

The hotel was good, room was clean, staff was great but being charged $24 per day for parking was absurd, only complementary coffee in room which is less than good. There was only breakfast for an extra fee. We were money gouged at this hotel.
