Staff outside! We have stayed before And will stay again!!!

Lobby and elevator floor was not clean. Very limited room service menu. Not like it used to be.

Would be helpful if they had later room service options.

Everything was amazing I will be returning!! Lovely, clean, nice staff, beautiful room! Also close to everything!

The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.

The staff and room service food were excellent. The amenities (private car service, valet, room service) were excellent. The room itself was not what we expected for $800.

Wish there was a roof top dining experience looking over the valley.

Every employee that we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful and created a magical, holiday vibe. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. We loved every minute of our stay.

The gentleman at the desk when we arrived late was so sweet and made us feel very welcomed. He had our keys ready and asked if we needed anything since it was late, offered us a late check out to allow us to sleep in. Beautiful room and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Du Pont. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant provided two delicious meals. Our only suggestion to make a great stay even better is to add a pillow top to the less-than-comfy mattress. We will definitely be back.
