The Quoin Hotel

I stayed at this hotel while attending a nearby college reunion, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also enjoyed spending time in the lounge, and the hotel's food was excellent. One of my favorite things about the location was the variety of nearby restaurants—there were so many great options within walking distance. The hotel's proximity to the train station also made getting around very convenient. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. n?A

We loved the greeting we received from Danielle at the front desk who gave us a complete picture of the many offerings at the hotel. We ended up using all of them. The dining room and rooftop bar areas were great but oh, the Simmer Down. Just a terrific 24 hrs.

This is such a hidden gem. Wilmington is blessed to have such an amazing establishment. The service was top tier, the staff was attentive and the decor was mind-blowing.

Everything was perfect! Such a great staff and beautiful hotel.

Location, in the older downtown is a bit isolated -- not a really walkable area. Hotel's minimal breakfast: coffee, oranges, a few pastries, is especially constricting, given that there are no sit-down options for a bigger breakfast nearby.

Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price.

From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and genuine kindness stood out. Alec, the manager, was incredibly thoughtful and took great care with our reservation, making sure everything felt special and seamless for such a meaningful trip. Ms. Dana was equally wonderful, despite our late arrival, she went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel so celebrated and well cared for! What made this stay so memorable wasn’t just the beautiful space, but the spirit of hospitality from the entire team. You can feel that they truly care about their guests and the experience they create. We’re so grateful to have started our honeymoon here, it set the tone for the rest of our trip in the best way.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff. The roof top bar was great and nice restaurant bar- although I did not eat there. Valet made sure to have my car parked up close for early morning departure. I think the bed was hard and not very comfortable Same with pillow, too thick
