Homewood Suites by Hilton Wilmington Downtown

The hotel is fine for the most part but the breakfast was lacking and on my second day there was no breakfast available

My experience was great❣️😍 The staff was very welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room and beds was very comfortable. The toliet was high and not low to the floor. The breakfast was delicious and I had a great time and I would do it again. Thank you for your service❣️

I don’t know if the floor was dirty or if there was a film from the cleaning products but the floor in our room felt slippery.

Not a bad place, bed was comfortable. There were some stains in the sheets. The location is good along the river walk. Don’t plan on breakfast there, at least quickly. Most of the items were empty and there were no bowls or forks. The front desk got an employee when asked but he had to catch up and it took some time. They also charge for parking. I think they could include it at that price.

The staff was amazing. Being able to sit by the water and also view the river from my room. No complaints

Quiet and clean. Great back deck looking out on the water. Staff was very nice. Free streaming services. Kitchen even had a little dishwasher. Breakfast was tasty.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds in the staff was very friendly I arrived at midnight and there was no parking left in the main parking lot. I had to park in the shopping center next-door to the hotel, which was about 200 meters walk to the hotel.

Location great rooms excellent staff helpful very clean The breakfast was an absolute disgrace for the price point. Lack of choice cheap ingredients cold, appalling really for £300 a night. It was worse than a budget hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

Room was comfortable and had a great view of the river. Hotel is central to the city. Staff were polite and friendly. Room could use a dusting to remove cobwebs. Breakfast was unsatisfactory with limited options.

View was fantastic! Clean very well maintained. Breakfast needed more options. Also shouldn't have to pay for parking.

The breakfast bar was minimal and not well maintained. Every day the tables and seating areas were left a mess and crumbs, stains, and cereal were everywhere. I looked for a health score, but there wasn’t any document posted. Milk cartons were expired and bagels were hard as a rock. One morning I was told that there were no more eggs even though it was only 8:20, and breakfast was offered until 9:00. Amy, one of the breakfast attendants would make a lot of noise slamming dishes and cups around like she was angry and annoyed. At this point, we just stopped eating breakfast at this hotel because it was so uncomfortable and unhealthy, and we could see that it wasn’t getting better any time soon. We won’t be staying at this hotel again, and it certainly doesn’t represent the Hilton brand well.

I booked 3 rooms. The staff upgraded my room. My daughter got ready for prom and I’m so glad we booked here because it was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again and the price was great.

The stay was great, everything was great and Mikeya made everything better. She is great and has phenomenal customer service skills. Thank you Mikeya, I would recommend the place because of her.
