Property was Okay. Nothing special but not terrible either. Very basic. Property was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable. If you're looking for a basic stay that's convenient, this works. Anything more than probably not.

Kitchen was good. Room cleanliness was okay but not great. Front desk staff was very helpful!

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the bed. There was a metal frame sticking out from the corner of the bed, and my baby hit the side of his head on it. He ended up with a black-and-blue bruise, and we were so scared that we were very close to taking him to the emergency room. If you are traveling with young children, please be very careful because that metal corner is extremely dangerous. The room itself was clean and smelled strongly of Clorox, but honestly, I did not feel safe staying there with my family. Safety is more important than cleanliness, and this experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with young children. I would honestly rate it 2 out of 10, and that is being generous.

The staff was great and the property was very clean. The room was exceptionally clean. I only gave it 3/5 stars because the property rinks of weed. Younger people were there running around - seems like people go there to hang out. The walls a VERY thin - you can hear everything. This is an extended stay and you can tell people fully live there. When I was checking in, they said that there was a note on our room that said towels were missing. The representative went to our room before giving us the keys to double check there were towels, and she came back saying we were all set. When we got up there, there were no towels. I called down to tell here there are no towels and she told me to come down and get them. That was frustrating. The following day, I asked for an additional blanket, and that representative had an attitude. Also, our room key stopped working before our stay ended, so we had to go all the way back to the front desk and the representative was talking about how this job gives her so much anxiety. Overall, I am grateful for a clean space. Literally, the room was CLEAN. But I will not book here again. I should have checked the reviews first. Also, there’s not stir sticks or straws at the coffee station.

I liked in particular their enforcement of "non-smoking" policy. All hotels should do that.

This hotel guys is stealing. They take the deposit money and then don't give it back. They pretend they don't give me my deposit 50$ dollars.

Sound cancellation can be better

No utensils/pots

I wasn’t able to use the gym because every time I I tried a homeless person was sleeping inside the gym room. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
-
No ice vending available and it was noisy
-
Extremely clean! Pleasant stay with lots of comfort.

This is not a regular hotel it is a shelter for displaced families!!!! All walks of life are hanging around sleeping in the lobby. I tried to get my money back through corporate for three days to no avail based on policy. I did not sign up to stay at a shelter the hotel is misleading. Walls are paper thin constant noise., stomping etc.. do not stay here worse hotel experience I’ve ever endured
