The rooms were extremely clean and the lobby, bar and breakfast area were also very clean. I gave it four stars because everyone that works there was not rude or unhelpful but nobody was happy to be there. No one is smiling and no one really greets you unless you say good morning or greet them. For me, nothing is more important than cleanliness, and I have to say that the hotel overall was very clean.

We were unable to enjoy breakfast as the start time was 6:30, and we had a train to catch then. Room had a strange odor, mattress was uncomfortable (lumpy), check in experience was not good.

The property is easy to access and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and the staff in the breakfast room was helpful. We did find a bug in our shower but no other complaints, so a good stay overall.

Perfectly clean. Lots of free parking. Convenient. Above average breakfast buffet. The bathroom barn door was almost impossible to move and either housekeeping didn’t tell maintenance or maintenance didn’t tell the front desk the room wasn’t really ready. We lived with it.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and there were many choices. The location of the hotel offered choices for dinner and entertainment. We would book this place again!

It was a decent overnight stay. Bed was very comfy. Room was clean overall. There was junk left in the fridge and it wasn’t working. The location on the Riverwalk was my favourite part.
