Everything about this hotel was excellent. It was clean. It felt safe and secure. It was comfortable. My only thought on a way to make it better would be more counter space in the bathroom.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with slightly different options each day. It's along the riverwalk that added to the experience. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

The property was on the Riverfront close to everything. The late staff woman at the front desk was a bit rude but the rest of the team was amazing throughout the staff. One bad apple didn’t stop the show.

The rooms were extremely clean and the lobby, bar and breakfast area were also very clean. I gave it four stars because everyone that works there was not rude or unhelpful but nobody was happy to be there. No one is smiling and no one really greets you unless you say good morning or greet them. For me, nothing is more important than cleanliness, and I have to say that the hotel overall was very clean.
