The Westin Wilmington

The kindest and most accommodating staff I have experienced in a long time!!

It was just an ok stay. The way home in the room didn’t work at all but flashed a light the whole time. There was no water bottles available except a $7.00 bottle that was in your room. Even the store at the front desk didn’t have any. They do provide hydration stations throughout so I guess be prepared to bring your own water bottle. There are also no rolls of toilet paper, just toilet paper squares you pull out individually. The buttons on the mirror worked sometimes not all the time. So all in all and certainly for the price that was paid for 1 night, it was just ok. Will not be visiting another Westin hotel in my future travels.

Door was not closed and locked when we arrived. I called the front desk and she said housekeeping had just finished so that could be why it was open.

This hotel isn’t bad at all, but it feels REAL nickel-and-dime like. Charging $12.99 PER DAY for Wi-Fi seems like a ripoff.

Clean and nice staff Overpriced, pretty basic amenities and stay for what it cost

I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.
