Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wilmington, NC

There was trash left in the room from the previous tenants. I reported it to the front desk and she said she would have housekeeping come clean it. They never came and cleaned one single time during our stay, which was 5 days 4 nights. They never emptied the trash, they never restarted coed our towels, rags, mats. They never came and cleaned anything during the stay. I reported multiple things multiple times and was informed they would take care of it but never did. At one point they said they would give me the trash bags and I could change them. The pool was also not open, they could not give a reason as to why, even though it is peak season in the summer. I also found a roach bait pack on the top shelf in the main closet. I spoke with the main desk about all of these issues but yet no resolutions were provided. I have stayed here in the past and enjoyed it but this time ruined my family from staying here in the future.

Carpet is very dirty and room is ok

There was mold in the bathroom. There was spill in the lobby that was left all day and overnight until housekeeping came the next morning. There were loud guest next door and the staff did nothing after it was reported to them. I almost had to call the police because the people were screaming that loudly.

The staff was very friendly at this location, however, the room was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and on the wall in the shower. The comforter looked like it had makeup or something on it. The floor had not been vacuumed and the rug was dirty in general. The toilet was very hard to flush. The shower head sprayed water in every direction. I was very glad to leave and happy that I only spent one night.

That the fitted sheet had stains on it . Carpet had stains on it the table wasn't wipped down it ihad cup circles on it.

Lights out ZERO AMENITIES No food No drinks No pool White socks turn black on carpets If they did some maintenance it would be a decent Hotel

I like the location close to everything I just didn’t like when I first walked in. It smelled like mold really really bad and same with the room. I have a musty, moldy smell. Everything else was good.

Very large room and spacious bath.

Rooms are ok service is not good.

Room, hotel lobby and breakfast bar area were all extremely well kept. The only improvements needed are better/more secure parking, broken pool still not fixed, and the breakfast food quality.

The Pool was not open and accessible the entire weekend. The back door had a sign that said: Lock does not work please use front entrance but most of the time the same back door was sustained open by a cleaning sign. This was very unsafe. We found a cockroach coming out of the bathroom.

The pool was closed which wasn't told to us when we asked before booking. The place is outdated and far off the beaten path to the beach. The staff was cranky and the place is dirty. There are tiny bed pillows and no blankets!! Stay elsewhere

The only thing I disliked are the small square pillows (as so many hotels have switched to).

There were no gluten-free options for breakfast no oatmeal, the fruit was old, the decaf was cold every day the waitress in the kitchen area did not speak English. You don’t understand a word. The pool wasn’t working our first room. The air-conditioning wasn’t working. We had to move. The weight room was a joke and it was extremely hot in there. They need to upgrade everything.
