Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Wilmington, NC

This place is disgusting. We stayed here for 10 days, Room service NEVER came by the ac units had mold. Place dirty it smelled funky. A bunch of homeless in people in the front area, Parking lot super dirty. We stayed here because that was the only thing available now I know why. I will be getting my tetanus shot after this.

Nothing 1st room did not have AC 2nd room smelt like urine and the lights were a constant on/off like in a disco, flickering Denied a 3rd room and refund Another family walked out when we did. They said it was the filthiest place they had ever seen.

The initial vibe when you walked in. The room was totally outdated and dirty. Chairs torn all to pieces. Carpet stains were very prominent. Stains on the ceiling. The toilet looked like it had feces on it behind the handle. The room had not been cleaned properly and a lot of the furniture was falling apart. It felt nasty to be in the room. The breakfast bar had food that was over cooked. The sausage was totally hard. It was okay.

The bed was comfortable. There were very loud guest at all hours, which was hard to sleep.

Everyone was very nice and polite . Parking was convenient !

The beds were super comfortable and i love that there was blackout curtains. I was able to sleep during the day too. The front desk staff was nice and easy to talk with. The breakfast was lacking. My spouse and I went to eat at 8am and there was no more food. I spoke to some of the guest staying there and they said that they have been waiting for 30 mins already. Some guest spoke to the cook, the cook said in 15 mins the food would be out. I wished someone was there to make sure if the food was low, it would be refilled quickly instead of having us wait so long to eat. The guest up stairs kept stomping their feet all night long and during the day. I kind of got irritated by that, but overall, it was okay.

Everything was OK until I checked in and they had no reservation for me! and this was Booking.com’s fault Everything was good until check-in time!

Good afternoon so I had 2 issues with room 411# and those were well prior retuning to my room I saw 2 roaches by the window and it seemed that there was moldy like residue on the shower head umm other than that there were any other issues that I could see. Everything else seemed to be fine

When we checked in to our room we had 2 dead bugs in the room we complained about it and they said they are water bugs are they are no big deal. Did not offer any kind of assistance and maybe cleaning them up or helping the next day I asked him to please clean the room when I got back to the room later that night it was not clean. The bugs were still there so I went back down and talked to the lady which was absolutely rude old lady with gray hair and a dirty hat would not tell me your name would not give me any information. Said she was part-time and didn’t really care to help me at all this is the kind of service you’re gonna get from these people paying almost $600 for a weekend in a hotel. This is absolutely worthless. The people here do not care in the rooms are dirty and there’s hair all over the bathroom and they refused to clean it. I’ll definitely be contacting management.. never will stay here again.

Close to Wilmington airport. Staff welcomed us at 1:30 a.m. American Airlines pushed us back till.9:30 p.m. to get back to N.C. which was late. The room offered a comfortable, clean room and bathroom. We slept till 8 a.m. and got breakfast. Yogurt, eggs and sausage were good. Only if stayed an extra day the pool to work.

It was so much better than I had expected,it was clean and very comfortable. I made a mistake when I originally booked my room and the staff was understanding and helped correct the problem for me immediately. The day that I was supposed to leave, my vehicle wouldn't start and since it was a holiday weekend, I had difficulty getting it towed to a localbody shop to get it fixed. The manager was more than accommodating and thankfully gave me more than enough time to get my vehicle towed to the repair shop without having to worry about him having it towed or getting a ticket. I enjoyed my time at the country inn and suites and i would recommend it to anyone who wanted to enjoy great accommodations, a great atmosphere and a very kind and understanding hotel staff.

Showed up the following morning because of traveling issues and my room was canceled because of no show . If I payed for 4 nights why does it matter when I show up??

The room had mold the carpet was damp and had a very strong unpleasant odor of humidity

The pillows were flat I asked for better pillows but they were not helpful. I experienced poor sleep

Location was great lots of resturants around Room was alittle outdated, pool looked horrible, amd when i came to check in on a friday at 3pm which is check in time, i had to wait over 20 min to be seen by gentleman. Even had housekeeping keep coming out to the lobby to check on me and this gentlman tomd everyone he had to go check his phone. When he came into the hotel he didn't say hi, didnt say sorry nothing just asked for my id and got my room keys. No awknowledent for me waiting over 20 min to check in.
