Good variety at breakfast.

Great facilities. Room was very clean. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. The kitchen came fully equiped, including a coffee maker and dishwasher. The onsite gym was great. One of the better ones that I've seen. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast could be improved. It's a bit basic. The addition of more fresh foods, a wider variety of pastries, and perhaps an espresso machine would make it a much more satisfying experience.

Everything was great Maybe the parking fees reduce it a little it would be awesome.

Fringe of rough neighborhood

Very clean, plenty of nearby parking. Our room with the kitchenette was very spacious and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was just okay

Booking.com charged me for the hotel and then the hotel charged me again for the same night. Nobody is willing to give me my money back so I paid twice. Not booking on booking.com anymore

Asked for a high floor in my reservation and received the 5th floor of 9

Well situated on a quiet street and within walking distance to the riverfront, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nice clean facility and room with super comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was more than adequate with a variety of offerings. I have only one complaint, and that is with the parking situation. First of all, the hotel should NOT be charging for the privilege of parking at their facility. The parking lot itself is tiny and wholly inadequate for the number of guests the hotel holds. On our second night we had to pay to park in the adjacent parking garage due to the lot being full when we returned from dinner. It was an inconvenience but the hotel staff took off the $17 charge that we had been charged upon check-in, which is the astronomical nightly parking fee.

also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of good selection. There is also on site parking. I thought the price for parking was expensive; $17 daily pass. However, I was told the pass allows for unlimited entry.

I really liked the room size. It was very spacious.

Clean and spacious My car was broken into, horrible breakfast options

The bed is so comfortable. The location is perfect, close to river front and tunnel to Detroit. It maintains Marriott’s high standard. Compared to living in Detroit, it’s half price.
-
The location, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the breakfast every single thing was great! The parking lot was a little bit, annoying with the one-way street and not being able to drive through to the front of the hotel but just logistics

Parking was difficult
-
Rooms are very maintained and clean. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious Parking should be made free

We had a great time with the family. Room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Some smells coming from other rooms as they are able to cook their own meals. A pool would be great too.

Breakfast & the fact that the description said free complimentary parking on the premises which definitely wasn't the case. Also when she stated that parking was across the street for $17 I asked is that for the whole time of our stay (2 nights) she said yes. When I checked our receipt we were charged double that so I'm assuming it was $17/day which was not what we discussed. This was after reading and double checking that it was free parking. They also need more carts as there seemed to only be two for the entire place. We have 3 kids so I stayed with them in the room while my husband had to make 2 trips down from the 3rd floor to the lot across the street carrying all of our things. Other than these couple of things we really enjoyed our stay there & will still most likely return in the future
