Very accessible to the Benton Convention Center (and about half the price of some of the other downtown hotels.) Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Breakfast and lady at breakfast was nice. The room was clean Towels were rough and paper thin. Young girl at the front desk could have been more helpful and was on her phone. The elevator smelled like pee.

I am deeply disappointed with the air quality and cleanliness of my room. The space had a terrible, overpowering odor that smelled like a mix of long-term cigarette smoke and a stale, damp bathroom. Worse, there was a distinct, pungent smell reminiscent of pet accidents or urine on the carpet or bedding. Since this is a 100% smoke-free property, it is clear the room was not properly deep-cleaned, sanitized, or inspected before my arrival. It made for a highly uncomfortable and unsanitary stay.
