Great location. Used parking valet, which was extremely efficient. The only negatives were that even when the outdoor temperature was in the 90s, the common areas were extremely warm and humid. And our room, although large, comfortable, and clean, had a very musty, unpleasant smell.

Staff was very professional, friendly, and accomodating. Location (downtown) was perfect for our needs. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and in proper working order. Breakfast wasn’t spetacular, but in line with similar hotels.

The staff were incredible. We were exhausted from our flight and they let us come in sooner than check in. They gave ample choices of must visits and went beyond and above!

Room was okay, didnt spend a lot of time in it. Bed and pillows sucked. Don't waste your time on the breakfast, it was pitiful and always empty. No parking on site, you have to pay a 3rd party to pallet park your car on premises for $22/day. The closeness to downtown and the convention center, along with nightly rate is the only reason chose this hotel. Better off going to the Marriott, embassy suites, or indigo hotel. They have better amenities on site. Parking situation downtown is atrocious and you would think the hotel would include parking for guests or validate. I will stay elsewhere next time

Nice place. Great breakfast in the morning. Easy to get in and out of. There’s a parking garage right there, not for big trucks, though, but valet was pretty reasonable.

What I didn't like was using the same towels and wash cloths for 2 days. I don't do that at home. The body soap in the shower was not good(didn't suds up) and would have liked liquid hand soap at sink. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Great value for a downtown hotel, in walking distance of many great restaurants and venues. Clean, quiet room and lots of amenities, including breakfast.

Very accessible to the Benton Convention Center (and about half the price of some of the other downtown hotels.) Good breakfast with lots of choices.
