The hotel is very nice and the staff is helpful. Though I was given a room with views from 4 widows on what looked like flat roofs of lower buildings. Not enjoyable by any means. The room was comfortable but the flusher handle broke when I went to flush the toilet. I would have expected better from a hotel of this standard.

The staff was friendly, everything was pretty clean, and I loved the rec . The water pressure was hard & they didn’t have any streaming sites like Netflix just regular cable

The service was EXCELLENT!!! However the rooms are so outdated it almost ruined the entire trip. Dark and gloomy halls. Bathrooms outdated. Furniture outdated and price needs to be adjusted.

Breakfast was terrific! Portions were appropriate, ingredients fresh, everything we had was fabulous. I had a cheese plate for dinner and my husband had oysters-both superb!

Disappointed there was no coffee in your room… need to go downstairs to get coffee it was free but not labelled… we didn’t know if the coffee was decaffeinated or caffeinated.. the coffee lids were terrible… spilled all over us… seems like such a small thing to get right

Just that I thought I had 2pm check out. And there were dogs barking at 6am! Other than that. Great experience!

Good room but dirty at first. Terrible room service order (burnt coffee and croissants with no butter) — avoid the $60 and go to Krispy Kreme. Self service coffee was also bitter and cold at 8am. Great staff and location.

Everything was top notch. All the staff were wonderful. Latiya at the front desk (not sure I spelled her name right) deserves a special shout out—she was so lovely and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean and the bed was wonderful.

The staff was very rude & unprofessional. The facility is old & outdated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on horrible service.
