Excellent experience all around

Comfortable and Clean hotel with a great breakfast.

Location Dated and in need of repair. Our tub has major rust stains and the enamel was peeling from the bottom of the tub. The chair in the room looked like they got it from a house with cats. The cushions in the lobby area were stained and needed replaced.

Great property..neat, clean, great breakfast! And Rachel checked us in, and she was sweet, kind, efficient, very personable. What an asset to your team!☺️

Load music going on until Midnight. Notified manger and she said it was allowed because they were having a party. Hotels are for sleeping not parties. I imagine many guests were complaining but not sleeping that night.

Staff and location

Room clean, staff was great my overall rating 4 1/2 stars

The parking was inconvenient. The hotel was loud in the early hours of the morning. The room and hotel felt and looked dirty. There was a nice gentleman at reception but a very rude and edgy woman as well. The room smelled like mold

Clean room, bed was not comfortable. Helpful staff however parking is surcharged and not on-site (garage across the street).

Phone did not work in room. I had to go down to get towels. There 5 of us with three sets of towel and two wash cloths. The carpets were heavily stain and dirty.

The first room was wet, clammy and moist. Furniture was wet. Wallpaper was peeling off walls. Lobby was great and staff were super helpful in getting our room swapped out. Much better experience after. Hallways were super stained and could use new flooring. Breakfast however was great, so many options and ran late til 11. Bar staff were nice outside space with fire was great in the evening

Nothing The room was dirty. The bathroom rug was disgusting.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Went the extra mile of upgrading my room when I checked in.
