Property is in the Old Salem downtown area… area was OK, but seemed to be a lot of police presence, and some homeless frequenting the property!! Room was clean and offered ample space, customer service was fantastic!!

Although I left early and didn't have a chance to stay for breakfast this hotel was excellent in every area. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Came in clutch due to a power outage and the price was very affordable. Friendly staff and front desk clerk was very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Wasn’t told that you had to pay $10.00 for the breakfast until after we had our plate of food which was a small bowl of oatmeal. The kitchen attendant was very rude to the guest as well as the front counter attendant cursing and just down right rude for what could have been a slight oversight on a correctable issue instead after encountering her we checked out of the hotel.

Very affordable and the front desk staff were friendly and super helpful. In my first room my tub wouldn’t drained so they moved me to another and in that one, the sink didn’t have any hot water and it wouldn’t drain as well.

Location with regards to the hospital Breakfast- you pay for breakfast. Really not worth the money.

Clean and in a great location for us. Affordable. Great Mexican restaurant right down the street, Senor Bravo. No free breakfast. Although it was a nonsmoking room, the cigarette smoke smell was strong in the room.

Nice place, I love it
