This property was so great. They made sure my disability issues was handled and it was so clean. I have no complaints and I definitely recommend it for a stay. I know if I ever have to stay in NC that's where I'm staying. I loved it

Unfortunately my room’s smoke alarm periodically would alarm at the highest pitch at all times of the night the last two nights. Told the desk clerk on duty at checkout at early morning departure about the issues. However was told by the employee that the manager would call me when he came in later. That call never came. I can only hope someone else got better resolution than we did.

This property is worth the cost. Very well maintained. Rooms were clean. Staff is very professional and responsive. Environment is quiet. Overall great experience. And this is consistent, because I stay here often when in Winston Salem.

Location was convenient. Staff was great. No fault of the hotel but we had rowdy neighbors and for the first time in my life I had to call staff to intervene.
