The staff was friendly, the property is well maintained, clean room and charming. Breakfast wasn’t included but the location is walking distance to the downtown.

Guests hanging out at entrance to rooms outside smoking and some unsavory people were hanging out. I didn’t feel safe so I left. Room had old smoke smell.

Clean rooms and safe parking

The insurance Generali Global Assistance. Told me I did not qualify and the only qualification that did qualify was fire flood, evacuation, or terrorist attack so therefore the insurance didn’t make no good so I’m out the price of a room and the price of insurance with no hotel and I had to hit the interstate late at night. This is a word to be aware. This insurance was a scam. Generali Global Assistance

Good for price and location.
-
great location to downtown.

The breakfast charge was 10$ for hot breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage. You had to have a ticket to get into the breakfast room which you had to buy at the front desk, slow front desk, annoying.
-
Pulled back sheets to check bed. No enclosed mattress cover. Also sheets were stained AND toilet seat was broken/not anchored down. Wall paper coming loose & lamps were rusty...grateful we didn't have to stay long!

This is my third time staying here. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff has always been so helpful and amazing. However on my third trip I took advantage and added breakfast at 10.00 per person. The breakfast staff were ok. They talk to each other or sat on their phones. Breakfast was scrambled eggs seasoned potatoes and sausage. No fresh fruit or biscuits or gravy. Options were very few like instant oatmeal in a pack, cereal 2 kinds, or a waffle. In my opinion for 10.00 per person the staff hospitality and food selection should have been much better. I will still stay here but be advised dont waste your money on the breakfast if your looking for good food options and service staff that welcome you. Other than that its a great location with friendly front desk staff as well as nice rooms. No thrills but clean.

We stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Super friendly person checked us in; our room was clean and there appeared to be a large group for an event and everything was super smooth.

The property was great for my first time attending the conference. The stay was comfortable.

Location wise the hotel is only a few blocks from downtown where there are great restaurants and a brewery. Easy walk!! The building is dated, although it seems they are trying to update their rooms. The hotel rooms were dated. Dated fixtures, etc. but had updates as well including a great bed and comfortable linens. The room was also super clean! Breakfast is not free even though Expedia advertises this. But- the excellent front staff did comp out breakfast since the Expedia advertisement was wrong. Normally breakfast is $10. And even though it is a “hot breakfast”, it is what you would get on any standard continental breakfast buffet. They were eggs and sausage and biscuits. But these were clearly the “hotel type” if you know what I mean!

During this stay there were several people outside, they seemed to be loitering. They didn't bother me, but some people found them unsettling.
-
Very polite and helpful staff, pool was comfortable and room was spotless! Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. The pool was used every day. The soap smelled good.
