Amazing services and staff was amazing and hotel clean.

Mostly clean room, breakfast was pretty good. Convenient location.

The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. It is very convenient to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. The breakfast had multiple options & the staff there was very friendly and helpful.

Please do not stay in this hotel until they clean up their bed bugs! We checked out with itchy bed bug bites and have been dealing with the horror of decontamination!

Had to move room as humming/ buzzing noise which came every few minutes was very annoying - turned out it was from the lift

Great staff, clean room.

Despite getting ready for 70+ people for checking in, a beautiful lady working check in took the time to see if our room was ready even though we were early. In the morning, the gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so friendly, welcomed everyone, made sure the food was stocked. There were a lot of hungry baseball & soccer players there! Nothing to write home about about this. Everything was great.

I booked a room because I just needed a hot shower after staying with my fiancé at the hospital in the trauma unit for days. I checked in and my room didn’t have hot water, the manager told me I could check out and that my stay would be refunded. I contacted the hotel the next day and the person who I talked to told me this was my fault for using booking.com. I contacted booking.com customer and the have informed me that the hotel does not agree with my request for a refund. They credited me $11 for the inconvenience. This is an absolute scam and I would absolutely not recommend booking.com or this hotel. I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter.

Beds were fantastic and staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We will be back

Pleasant staff

Beds were hard as rocks , no hot water in sink or shower . Staff knew but didn’t say anything at check in. 😡

Breakfast and attendant were great! The TV in our room was on it's way out of service-weird lights showing g on screen.

Rooms have adjacent rooms for kids which is okay for families with kids but not for couple or professionals. Every night I could hear adjacent rooms TV and shower. If sleep is a priority ask for a private room or go to a different hotel.

There were a few amenity defencisees that were really unpleasant but the staff were very nice

Location Room was humid. Muggy. But not so bad we complained.
