Staff was super nice and helpful

This Hotel was fine for our overnight stay.

The property was immaculate. But the best part of the stay was the staff. Especially the front desk. Morning& evening crew. 5 Star

Clean room.

Hotel was good. Expedia screwed up. Overbooked us and had to settle for a different room. Kids slept in a roll out bed instead of the booking bed of a queen. Not the hotel’s fault but be careful with Expedia. Always confirm with your hotel about the accommodation and reservations. Lady at breakfast was a high point. She worked hard and was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at.

I love how everything was clean. My room was very spacious! And a huge plus was the indoor pool. Wish breakfast lasted longer.
