La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winston-Salem

Our room smelled like dog and cigarettes! They did change our room, but that room was dirty. At that point I just went to bed. The property has a lot of maintenance issues. I would never recommend anyone stay here. So gross.

The complimentary breakfast is more limited than at most hotels but the coffee was good. The hotel accepts pets so barking dogs were heard throughout the facility.

The property is very dated. Everything needs updating. The staff, with the exception of one lady, is rude, rude, rude!!!

Ok continental breakfast Found a cockroach in our room!!!!

This is my hotel of choice when I am visiting Winston-Salem! My room is always nice, breakfast is good and the location is perfect for me.

The complimentary breakfast was not good. Items in the hot tray were cold. The maple syrup was not usable and there were no sugar free syrup or jams available. It was not a decent meal.

Day staff could be friendlier and helpful like the evening and night women are.

This is in a good location but the staff is very rude to the guest my grandbaby had a seizure and I sent my other grandbaby to the front desk to let them know we will be checking out later he told her I need to pay before we go to the hospital and what do you won’t me to do I ask for two pillows and the said we have to pay for them they only put two small pillows on the bed .

Great location, easy check in. Rude staff and the floors in my room were filthy.

room was clean The ice machine on the 6th floor was out of order after being told to use the one on the 6th floor.

This particular property was not up to the usual LaQuinta standards, for this visit.

Good location Room was dirty and when brought to their attention they seemed as if it bothered them to have someone clean it. And then it doesn’t get cleaned after bringing it to their attention twice. No discount offered, but they have a sign about missing items and how much they would cost extra.

A little disappointed that the room was not ready after a long drive from Pennsylvania.

The hotel stays were quiet and restful, there were plenty of places to eat in the area and shopping if needed

ROOM SIZE AND CLEANLINESS MATTRESS---WAY TOO SOFT AND MUSHY. WE HAVE BAD BACKS AND REQUIRE FIRM MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS.

Pool Housekeeping did not come to my room once and I stayed here 4 nights

Breakfast could have been better, with more options. Checkout time was not posted in room. Desk staff was not available at checkout and felt uneasy about just leaving.

It was amazing for thr price very large room

The grounds were interesting- a gazebo and outside seating. Multiple restaurants were within walking distance, and breakfast was fine- waffles, cereal, etc.
