Room was clean but lobby smelled like curry and no lawn maintenance. Breakfast choice was slim

1. Front desk employee told us the there was NO ROOM SERVICE.- if you want clean linen, you have to exchange the dirty linen at the front desk. Also NO TRASH COLLECTION in the rooms. You take your own trash out and most people sat the trash out in the hallways. 2. Furniture stained, dirty, and broken,( fabric couch torn, shades had staples holding it together, desk chair back broken) 3. Carpet old and worn 4. Ice machine on level 3 broken, had to travel to 6 floor 5. Musty ordor in hotel room and hallway. It was masked by air freshner. Would have stayed two additional days if accommodations were better. Glad to go home. Disappointed in Expedia and La Quinta. I DID NOT get what I paid for. I am willing to pay full price for quality lodging. Hire regional staff to inspect hotels.

It was very easy getting in and out from the property. I love how everything is within walking distance, if needed to walk. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The staff made us feel welcomed and was very friendly. This was my husband and I, first stay at a LaQuinta and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The hotel was in a great location but the hotel could use some renovation. The water pressure wasn’t up to my par. It was really low. The room size was pretty decent. The beds bare touch them they slide on the floor.

Convenient location

There is an outside pool and I think a hot tub too. It was closed since it was night by the time we settled and ate so we didn't get to use it but it looked big and clean. There was a tavern next door but they closed kinda early (around 9 or 10 ish I don't remember) so other travelers pulling in late might not be able to take advantage. There is plently of other good food options within a few minutes drive. Breakfast was inlcuded and was pretty nice. There was also a snack vending machine, a drink vending machine and an ice machine of course. The parking lot is very big and the hotel has a few side doors you can unlock with your keys which is very convenient.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had two small issues in our room and someone came up quickly to take care of everything! We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The stay was ok…the comforter was so thin I was shivering the whole night and our television was not working at all…when reported to front desk before leaving she just said oh sorry!! This was my first and last time staying there!

Place was clean. Was undergoing construction in one of the conference rooms. When I arrived at the check in their initially was no one at the desk.

Worst smelling hotel ive ever been to! Pool and hot tub closed too. Outside looks nice, inside is awful!!! Our room smelled like straight cat pee, the staff is nice and did relocate us. But the whole hotel is gross. Skip this place!

We were given a room and found small black bugs in the bed. We were given a different room but were not given the refund that the clerk voiced would happen. Overall the staff were very helpful and said that the room would be examined by their pest controll contractor per hotel protocol. Pool was great and many guest enjoyed it.

The room was clean and nice and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean I will be back soon for another room.

Room was nice and spacious. Could have been a little more cleaner. They do allow dogs and there was dog hair on the floor in my room. The hallway also had a weird smell. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, would book again.
