Fantastic hotel and great staff

Great value for the price and location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to two issues. Upon checking in, the employee took 30 minutes to get into the system due to not knowing their password. It was 12am and I did not get into my room until after 12:30 am. Secondly, multiple outlets in the room did not work and we had two tv's as well. Neither worked. We had to switch rooms the next day. Other than that, our time was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and not overly expensive.

Easy check in and out. Pleasant stay

Room was spotless and had no odor at all. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fresh and hot. Pool was wonderful!!! The people there went above and beyond in every aspect of their job.

Everything was great but the Toilet was too low. I had a walkin shower room.

Very, very disappointed that after making a reservation for 5 people, only gave us a room to sleep 4 people...this was a great inconvenience

The room was very clean. The front desk worker was very nice and accommodating! I would stay here again.

1) the check=in was laborious. The staff person, who could have been new, had difficulty putting information into the computer. She didn't really explain the amenities and times of breakfast, etc. 2) the breakfast consisted of processed food wrapped in plastic. Very unappetizing and distasteful. 3) the worst problem was there was a dog in a room near us that barked from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. People had complained, and the staff person tried to call the person, but they didn't answer. It was apparent the owner of the dog had sneaked the dog into his room without letting the staff know they had a dog. We were informed that all dogs are put in rooms on the first floor; we were on the third. I realize this wasn't the fault of the staff, but there has to be a strong penalty for bringing a dog into the hotel without paying the surcharge. But, in the meantime, we lost sleep and had to listen to the incessant barking. I will not stay at this Fairfield Inn again.

Clean room and nice breakfast

Amazing customer service, great location.

We were on the second floor right next to construction. Half the hall was blocked off. Construction noise started at 8am. AC wouldn’t go below 75 during the day. Hallway was incredibly hot. Staff was nice but paying $200/night was not worth it. If we weren’t there for a soccer tournament we would’ve attempted to stay somewhere else. Everything in the area was sold out so no options.
