The air conditioning in the room is super loud other than that it was a nice location.

Only one elevator working during my 4 night stay. Ended up taking the stairs most of the time due to long delays. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work - was advised that the first floor ice machine worked. Bathroom could use updating. Mattress needs replacing (slopes down on one side).

There were cockroaches in the dining area. The staff didn’t seemed concerned. That is disgusting.

great overall and your staff at front desk Colin represented your hotel very well acted professionel but yet friendly was a pleasure to meed him toilet too low if riser available sm sing in bathrm could be of help for elderlies

Right off the interstate. Clean and comfy. Booked three hours before we got there and booking didn't go through so had to wait a bit before we could get in our room. May want to look at this Booking.com. Lady at desk very apologetic and did her best. We appreciated her.

Their front desk employees were two of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. A female checked me in and a male checked me out, and they both actually acted like they wanted to be there and made me feel welcome — I was impressed!
