I want a refund. We couldn’t even stay in this hotel. There were crackheads in our first room. The 2nd room had piss stains on the toilet and the 3rd room looked like a murder scene

Was ok for couple night stay. Was partially clean. There was hair in the bathroom all around the edges like someone had just shaved. People live there, so theres room doors being opened and closed alot. When we checked in, the man was on the phone & didnt really acknowledge us for a bit then was almost rude about it when he did, but it was late, so understandable I guess.

They mention in their description to come back to room and cook a meal.... But there's no pots and pans or dishes. Are you supposed to bring them or buy them while there? They also have signs saying that if you cook, to leave your window or door open. Doesn't sound safe. And why? Do the smoke detectors not work?

One thing I did not like was how the lock the doors before 11:00am. But I like the hotel was cleaned and everything was working goo.

The room had an awful smell, my granddaughters firat words were "it stinks in here".. grandson got a cup.of water and a piece of ice out of the ice tray and there was stuff floating in it. The comforter was as thin as a sheet. The smoke detector had a blue ring light on it that was bright enough to keep me up pretty muc all night. It was a horrible stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Comforter was dirty. Place really need to be upgraded. Today I called to ask a question. I asked whom was i speaking to the did not want to give their name, I said i did not understand what they said. At that point they hung up on me. I will NEVER!! stay with them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
