I have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I stayed for six nights and overall enjoyed my stay. It was close to shopping and restaurant. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was okay... the only thing compliant was that I could hear any stomping, heavy walking or running from the room or the hall above. Thank goodness it was only early mornings mostly. I would stay here again.

Our 2nd night stay we were overcharged by $20. I’m disputing w my credit card

The staff was great! Overall, it was a good experience. When we first got to our room and were settling in, we opened up the sofa bed and it was filthy. The sheets were stained and there were crumbs on the mattress. We immediately called the front desk and they immediately made it right. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The breakfast was tasty! The cell phone service was not great. I had maybe 2 bars. Overall I would stay there again. It was safe, comfortable and had nice amenities.

Room was clean, staff were nice, breakfast was good, pool area was clean. Ice machines were broken on every floor and the washer/dryer machines take quarters only so I had to get change to do a load of laundry. Just a heads up for anyone needing to do laundry.

The British lady (my apologies, I cannot remember her name, but we had a conversation about her British heritage), Is EXCEPTIONAL! She was so polite and went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in on a timely manner and were able to find what we needed (ice machine on the 5th floor was not working). She was so positive about her job, the Winston area, and how delighted she was to meet/greet folks at the hotel. GREAT JOB! Breakfast is the traditional fake eggs, sausage patties, and ready to make waffles…more than enough to eat and plenty of choices if you do not prefer the fake eggs.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds

Clean room, bed was very comfortable. When we first arrived to the room the air was musty/stale. It took awhile but finally cooled down.

Solid. Nothing to "rave" about, but also nothing to nitpick about... which to me is refreshing. Will add it to the list when I visit my daughter again.

The Good: • Check-in: The arrival of staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. • Breakfast: The morning meal tasted good and provided a solid start to the day. The fruit selection was severely lacking, offering nothing but apples all week. The Bad: • Room Maintenance: My bathroom had a persistent water leak. While maintenance fixed and cleaned it after I complained, they did a very sloppy job. There was pre-existing water damage on the bottom of the bathroom back door, proving this is a known, unresolved issue. • Neglected Housekeeping: Over my 5-night stay, the floor was never vacuumed. Furthermore, housekeeping failed to empty the trash cans or replace my towels for two consecutive days. • Terrible Wi-Fi: The internet connection was incredibly weak. I could not get my work done due to the poor connectivity. • The Ugly (Check-out Experience): The departure process completely ruined any remaining goodwill. The check-out staff was unfriendly and dishonest about billing issues. The situation escalated to the point where I had to involve the general manager just to get the check-out resolved honestly. • Conclusion: Despite a good breakfast and a nice check-in experience, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, failing Wi-Fi, and dishonest check-out staff made this a highly frustrating stay. I will not be returning and will choose alternative lodging next time.

Clean, affordable and good breakfast

The room was clean. The hotel was close to everything. We hit BJs brewery for dinner and the food was good. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet during our stay.
