Red Roof Inn Winston-Salem

I feel like they could’ve done a better job landing the bathroom in the room honestly also the toilet is so sometimey… it’s like one flush works then the next flush the toilet is stooped up also the elevator is a little weird and needs repairs had to take the stairs a few times. Cause the elevator took to long not that it was the end of the world for me but I mean what if someone who can’t use the stairs needs it? But overalll my stay was okay

Shower didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, sheets nasty and crack pipe was found in them. Hair on the door knob of entrance and in bathroom and when I went to ask for a manager, they stated they couldn’t reach them unless that was at the property

Fine, better than Microtel. Nice improvements from that.

It was clean although the TV dud not working and i had no microwave or refrigerator in the room which I should have had

It was a decent place to stay for the money.

Need more help with housecleaning and clean rooms

Five thumbs 👎 down. The doors leading into the hotel were dirty. It looked like a smudge of blood inside the door. The Hotel didn't have a welcome feel. There wasn't a coach to sit on while reception was helping guests. The lobby floor was dirty. The carpet in the hall leading to the rooms was dirty. When I walked into the room, it had a mothball smell to it.The floor was filthy, there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. The refrigerator didn't have a shelf in it to put our food on. The room didn't have an iron, or a hair dryer. The closet had two old wire hangers. Although it's a no smoking property, someone was smoking weed. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. And the bathroom door could not close. We toughed it out because we were so tired. We had a second room for our daughter. The sheets were not changed, and the floor was filthy. We asked to change the room, and they did. I wouldn't recommend it, and I will never stay here again.

Our room was filthy so we left and did not stay!!! Room was FILTHY!! BED WAS FILTHY!!!

On top of that, the laundry area was out of order, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience felt unprepared and not well-maintained.

It’s was close to my job

I love they showers and that it's off in the back. Very quiet The shower wasn't really clean this time around but it was late so I over looked it.

Nothing My room had bed bugs

Cleanliness was atrocious, staff dod all they can do to help, just terrible

It was just what you would expect. Nothing extravagant. Great place to have fun with your significant other. AC was sort of broken.

Staff was nice Room was nasty, there was gum stuck to ghe floor in between the e beds and I had to scrape it up myself. And the a.c barely worked so it was to hot

The water pressure The dirty room and bathroom and the other guests were loud and would not settle down

Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience. Room didn’t have a microwave and the shower in the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t be going back.
