No area to walk your dog. Had to go to next door property or up on the Main Street There appeared to be homeless people walking the streets

Decent stay, good price, quiet

Room was clean. It was a good value.

My companion loved the biscuits and gravy. Although I am not much of a breakfast person, I enjoyed other options as well. Really had no issues.

Only the fat man who was in the early morning is not fit to be able to be in very arrogant customer service, they will lose many customers for him. He got angry because he picked up some forks so he could eat

I really enjoy my stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very attentive. This will be my third time staying there.

The hair dryer/air and heat unit was noticably older yet functioned. Leftover food stains in fridge and something sticky in the carpet but staff were very accommodating

The front desk staff was not very helpful. I asked about my hotels rewards program points & she said it was not applicable. I’ve never had such an event. I was very displeased!

We arrived in the lobby to check in and the person behind the desk was rude and short with us. Did not tell us how to get to the room. Refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor when we arrived at the room, we went back to notify the desk and the first thing she said was “well did you use the room, I can’t move you if you moved or touched anything.” We said no…we literally walked in the door and noticed it so we turned around and came back out”. She then proceeded to tell us she still couldn’t move us, send someone to fix it or replace the fridge…room was also dirty (dust on surfaces) and the sheets smelled like body odor. Would not recommend this chain or location to anyone.
