Staff were rude. Left me door open after housekeeping. Tried to talk to management and very rude. No coffee in lobby after certain hours at all. And only bold flavor. No mild. Even for the rooms. Everything

I have call manager tomorrow because I informed them the person in room next to me was making noise I couldn't sleep none .

The staff was very friendly at check in.

The staff was great very kind. The rooms are absolutely filthy. There was dried blood on the walls right where they hang brand new towels. There’s mildew in the crevices of the shower. Stains and crust on the couch and cleaning product in the crevices of the toilet. Stains and random suspicious spots all over the walls. Our soap dispensers in the shower wasn’t even working. Only one elevator was working and only 4 ppl were allowed at a time.

My flight got in late so I just wanted a hot bath and a nice bed. Well, there was no tub in my room. The bed and pillows smelled really awful. The sheets were scratchy and rought. And the bed and pillows were wildly uncomfortable. Having no energy I made the best of it. In the morning, I showered in the dingy bathroom, while the toilet whistled like a rocket shooting into the sky with every flush. Okay, maybe I could enjoy the pool before check-out. Nope, pool is closed on this over 100 degree day. Awesome. The only saving grace of this place is that the desk clerks were friendly. That's literally it.
