Pet friendly is nice for those who travel with pets.

The room and beds were comfortable. The pool was a disappointment it was closed and when I asked about it the staff was very helpful and began the cleaning process but had to shock the pool with chemicals and I did not want to get in with my small children.

we had a great time.breakfast was superb. the bed is comfortable. thank you.

Clean good staff

Couch cushions covered in stains. Asked for extra towels because we had 2 towels for 4 people and they told me they were out and they would get us pool towels- which were basically rags. The coffee machine did not work at all. No blankets or sheets to make up pull out sofa. Front desk laughed when I told them, walked into a back room and never came back.. instead someone else with a few sheets came over to me ten minutes later. Floor was gross.

Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not.

The room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal. The rooms need some updating. For example there is no place to hang used towels. We had to leave towels on the floor. Most guests would be happy to reuse them. Room servicing is unacceptable. It was provided every other day, supposedly, but we had no service in the four days we were there. The trash cans were full, the sheets dirty, and towels were used up after that much time.

The pull out couch mattress was horrible and not fit to sleep on

The hotel is nice. However the staff was less than helpful on this stay.

Staff could have a better attitude . the rooms need to be cleaned better also when I first got to my room, the door was locked, but the maintenance man in it with and he left out with his lunch bag and jacket
