Château sur Mer Bed & Breakfast

Nice neighborhood and great to be close to the water. All of it seemed a bit rough around the edges and some challenges for sleeping e g.. loud air conditioner required getting up to turn on and off to manage temperature control. The many large print signs posted with same message detracted from the experience. Instant coffee for the early riser would have been appreciated.

As advertised, fantastic location with walking along the bay or to restaurants. Good sized room, nice clean bathroom, really nice breakfast and hosts were wonderful. The only improvement I'd suggest is a small (dorm size) refrigerator in the room.

The property is for sale. That means that there was less attention to the outside and to updating our room. The rug on our floor was a long shag rug like the kinds used in the 1970s. I wasn't sure it was very clean. The decor was Asian and dated. The pillows were quite flat and only two in a king sized bed. The A/C was noisy but worked. We could open the windows which was nice. The airplanes from Logan were very loud but stopped by about 11 pm and started again about 6 am. We never saw anyone. Check in was done by email and instructions left outside at the entry door. Parking was off street. The towels were clean and folded. I wasn't sure about the sheets. There was an old chenille bedspread on the bed which we took off. We did not eat breakfast since we wanted to leave at 7:30 am.

The property was close to the places that we were planning to visit! It was very convinient since its close to the beach.

Close to Boston and airport! Reasonable and comfy beds !

The b&b was quaint as hell. It's got character, it was clean, my room had a water view and the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet, comfortable, yummy breakfast Nothing

Joan was wonderful-She greeted us immediately and made us feel very welcome. The house is incredibly charming, clean, and breakfast was wonderful-Thanks for a great experience for our first Bed and Breakfast!

B&B is conveniently located not far from the airport and by the bay. Lots of places to eat within a walking distance. The entire place looks like a museum. The room was absolutely phenomenal.

The owner was delightful

Beautiful and quiet oasis. Friendly staff and easy check in process. Restaurants were in walking distance and only 28-30 minute drive to the airport. We were able to ise public transit to arrive and found a local cabbie to take us for departure.

Lovely place, very quiet.Beautiful area/houses. We walked a couple blocks to terrific restaurants. Very convenient to airport, no traffic issues at all. Highly recommend!

Need fluffier pillows. Softer towels and more towels and wash rags. Air conditioner didn't work. Need more selections for breakfast.
