Terrible place , dirty disorganized , things got stolen from my room , belonging remove from room , not safe , stay away

We flew in late and just stayed for the night. As soon as we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of weed that overpowered the lobby. Check in was easy and quick. The room we were in was fairly clean, however there was mold under the brim of the sink—and there was an awful sewer smell coming from the sink. The bed was ok, and the shower had good pressure and had hot water.

One con: the room had no clothes hangers. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have this basic feature. Pro: Natscha at the front desk promptly - within 5 minutes - brought up plenty hangers to my room. Without this excellent service I would have rated this hotel lower.

Staff is horrible, hotel smells of smoke all around from lobby to non smoking rooms. Electrical outlets don’t work, electric stove is rusted and doesn’t work. You dint get any kind of support from staff. It’s horrible place for the amount they charge. Save yourself and find another place.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to check. The young man at the desk was very helpful. For the Hundreds of dollars for two nights, I was surprised they would have the trash located centrally on the second floor opposite the elevator.

Bad

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The sheets were dirty and torn when we got there. We requested fresh sheets but they didn't have any. We tried to get fresh sheets again the next afternoon and were told that all sheets were dirty and a staff member would be in at 11pm to do the laundry. Finally got fresh sheets on the 3rd day. The rooms had a terrible odor and the hallways were worse due to the large garbage bins outside of the elevator on our floor.

My stay here was great! Dan at the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was that the TV in my room didn't work but that didn't bother me. Dan did everything he could to help make my stay better. Breakfast was anazing. Would stay here again.

Exceptional

The trash was on the same floor as the rooms right off the elevator. Smelled awful. Requested our room to be cleaned according to their rules. It wasn't done. Got home from a long day and no face cloth to wash my face or clean towels for a shower. No one at the desk. No one answered the phone. Do not stay here.

This experience was absolutely appalling. Both rooms assigned were filthy, completely covered in dirt and dust. To make matters worse, there were no shower curtains and the beds were completely unmade, lacking sheets altogether. The complete lack of basic cleanliness and amenities made this the worst, most stressful stay I have ever encountered

The location was very close to where I needed to be. There was no mold and no bugs. When I first arrived, the staff took 30-45 minutes to find me at the front desk, and none of my phone calls were answered while I waited. Once I got up to my room, my key card didn't work, and it turns out I was given a room that other guests were already staying in. The room itself was technically clean, but the sheets and towels were very old and had very faded stains, and all of the appliances were extremely old looking (though I didn't use them). On my second night, my key card wouldn't let me into the room, so I had to go back to the front desk to get a new one.

Outside clean & neat. Plenty of parking. Lobby & room decor was spartan but very functional/neat .A tad beat up but in good repair.I loved how each room has a kitchenette. Nice layout for an extended stay as promised. I thought great for the money.

Room was adequate, but not in good condition. Bathroom drawer broken, shower curtain rod was pulled off wall, but maintenance came and fixed it. Stay was ruined by constant dog barking from multiple rooms, People leave dogs unattended for many hours - very late at night and starting at 4am - and dogs bark non-stop. Earplugs were of no use to dampen the sound of the barking. The drunk blind man with his bottle of vodka and no sense of personal space did nothing to improver our stay. Will avoid this place in the future.

smell smoke at he first floor. The conditioner was facing the sofa bed (cold air was direct on it). Shower curtain bar was broken. The breakfast was very basic and was ending very early (9h30 am) ...

Easley parking, clean room all the staff was nice, kind and helpful. And is pet friendly.
