Arrived and checked in on 06/21/2026. I was traveling for work and was staying until 07/03/2026. Parking was not an issue. It was late and didn't pay too much attention to the room until the next morning. The towels in the room were stained with what? I have no idea. Plumbing wise there were no pop-ups for the drains in the bathroom sink nor tub. The room does have a full-size refrigerator with a broken ice maker, a 2-burner cooktop but No utensils of any type. Monday morning on 06/22 I had made an inquiry about how often the rooms were cleaned since I would be both working from an office and my room. I was told that there is no housekeeping service that I would have to bring down my things such as towels, wash cloths and bedding to be counted and replenished if I wanted them changed. As for the ice maker? I was told that they are all non-functional and the property does not have an ice machine. I had to ask for things like utensils, dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans, that is when you can find someone at the front desk. Now let's talk about the free Wi-Fi. It was pretty much nonexistent.! I was told to call their provider. The Tech on the phone tried his best. He was blaming the hotel, the hotel said it is the provider's issue. Needless to say, I went for two weeks without Wi-Fi service. The BEST Day of my Stay was when I checked out..!

No breakfast as advertised. I usually do not care about breakfast at all but if it is advertised as "breakfast" you have to realize it is "coffee to go" in my world - no place to sit down so you either have to leave or go back to your room. It seems the whole construction needs to be removed and built new. There is no cost effective way to bring this building up to a current standard.

This place is not really the newest or freshest, and at about $100 a night, was overpriced to my dinosaur way of thinking -- but they are exploiting the overpriced nature of the metro Boston hotel market. One thing that was annoying was that the shower was only lukewarm-mildly warm.

There were cosmetic blemishes, i.e., chipped paint, ravelings on the carpet, and unfinished-looking repairs. The toilet was broken --the tank filled up sometimes but there was a poor seal with the flapper and the water leaked out. You had to flip the lever and let the tank fill up to flush it. The breakfast was really just coffee, tea, and cocoa, with some instant oatmeal available. The room was spacious and well lit, the heat worked, the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is very depressing. Harsh lighting, bad smell in room. Lost electricity in middle of night (weather related, not hotel's fault) and microwave wouldn't stop beeping for over an hour.
-
Bare bones lodging. Staff try hard, but there is only so much they can do.
-
Beds very comfortable rooms very clean many choices of breakfast overall I would give a rating of 5

Woman at front desk was lovely and helped us check in no problem. Got to room and realized shower was disgusting, marked up and in bad shape. After going out and returning to room later that night, we pulled out the bed from the pull out couch and it had stains resembling throw up, feces, unknown liquids and other things not only on the sheets but stained into the actual mattress. Spoke to Mike at the front desk who was very helpful and showed us 5 other rooms where they all had similar stains. He even went on his own to check 3 additional rooms that were in the same condition saying “He wouldn’t sleep in a room like that either.” My friend and I decided to find another place to stay and left at 1:30 in the morning that night. Mike said he would cancel the rest of the nights since we had paid for a 3 night stay. Turns out it was never canceled and I was charged for the entire stay. All in all, place was disgusting, not well maintained, has bugs in the vending machine snack room and clearly staff is misinformed on how to cancel a stay when the guests no longer stay at the premises. Recommend not staying no matter how cheap or affordable the price seems. Stay anywhere else! Will not be back or giving them my money at any other locations as well.

No staff, dirty rooms, dirty sheets, smelly hallways, misleading breakfast

The location from my work. The kitchenette in the room. The bed was comfy. Other people that stayed there. My car got keyed twice in 2 days. I had to call the police and there was a woman staying there that was stalking me and threatening the staff member.

I didn’t stay because my reservation was not honored. I had to find another hotel to stay in.

The furnitures in my room are in subpar condition. In the kitchen one of the cabinet drawer is missing. In the desk the drawer bottem panel is not secured making the drawer unusable. The sofa bed is of 2 different type of materials and colors, the back cushions are fabric and the rest is vinyl, looks like it's some kind of repair work went awry. The AC unit did not work . I informed the front desk about the inoperable unit on Satutday, and I was told there is no building maintenance available on the weekend, and I'll need to wait until Monday. Monday came and went, nobody came, AC not working. Tuesday came and went, nobody came, AC still not working. I checked out on Wednesday.

The price point and location were great The tv barely worked. I was checked into a room first that doesn’t have a bathroom door. Then there was writing all over the walls in the next room I was put in.

Parking was ok Breakfast was very cheap quality Carpet smells, Room wasn’t clean as they show in pictures So long story short it’s not the place where you can stay with the family and kids .
-
Horrible hotel, have nothing good to say about it. Everything in the room was super outdated and poorly cleaned. Definitely a lot of homeless and drug addicts staying here. Do not bring your family here.
-
One of the worst stays...smears on the walls, ants, broken items in the room and key cards stipped working 4 times.

Property has failed to resolve a double-charge for an extra (3rd) night, does not return phone calls, does not reply on the Hotels.com website property contact feature. It’s been more than 10 days. The ESA 800 number has been zero help. Also - Breakfast is limited - just pre-packaged muffins and granola bars. Renovations were underway, so the first floor room I requested could not be fulfilled. Good safety on stairwells however.
