We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with sharing local recommendations. They were the highlight of the stay. The facility itself was fine - a little pricey for the space and size of the room we got, but understandable due to the location. On the other hand, the free parking was much appreciated. Also, the hotel is just down the road from some good restaurants and a grocery store, so very convenient.

Elevator needs maintenance and some repairs. It can cause any incident any time. Area near 5 floor Elevator was smelly like if you are waiting and elevator comes little late. You feel like throwing up. I booked 2 beds for my room but hotel staff was wanted me to change to one bed room. One I refused they did not bother to say hello or welcome to my family. Toilet was bot clean and room was smelly too. I think Marriot should review the franchise

Bathroom wasn’t clean and there was a used washcloth left in the shower upon my arrival.

Rooms were clean and the location was convenient to some restaurants and shopping. Fairly easy commute to downtown Boston.

Early check-in is available for a reasonable cost. Breakfast choices were plentiful and refiled when needed. The staff was always polite and friendly. The Internet access was reliable, even for the free option [full disclosure : one device was put on the paid-for, $4.95/day option]). The location is perfect - there is a 99 restaurant just feet from the hotel, and a shopping mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel. :) Nothing could be better - everything was perfect!
