Good location right across from Woburn village with plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Nothing.

Liked the style of the room The pool looked dated and old. Breakfast was hard to get to and cramped.

Convenience

Early check-in is available for a reasonable cost. Breakfast choices were plentiful and refiled when needed. The staff was always polite and friendly. The Internet access was reliable, even for the free option [full disclosure : one device was put on the paid-for, $4.95/day option]). The location is perfect - there is a 99 restaurant just feet from the hotel, and a shopping mall a 10-minute walk from the hotel. :) Nothing could be better - everything was perfect!

Clean, friendly staff, bed was comfortable Air conditioner condensed all over floor - carpet soaked. Caused my asthma to kick in. Little pricy. A guy checking in to a similar room ahead of us (2 queens) got his for about $70 cheaper. We booked ahead.

the beds were very comfortable, wonderful staff (extremely kind), close by to food joints/shopping centers! i would have liked a small seating area outside but nothing was distasteful about the property!

Great location off highway in Woburn, with a good selection of restaurants and shops across the main road. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The bath water only had hot and hotter as a setting, but the manager quickly addressed the situation and even offered a change of room if needed. Breakfast was good with many selections and a large eating space. Only complaint would be that our room faced the highway and we could hear trucks going by. Overall a good value for one night close to Boston. Double paned windows on the highway side would eliminate highway road noise.

The first morning of our stay there was no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the desk and they indicated that maintenance work check later when they were in the building. When we returned to the hotel later that evening the person at the desk couldn’t tell us if the issue had been resolved. While we did have hot water that evening and in the morning we were told that the manager would be reaching out to us. We did not hear from the manager.

Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Good location. Was there during a snow storm, so leaving for dinner wasn't really an option. Bought from little market by checkout and prices were crazy - should of just went out somewhere for way better price and options.
