I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Breakfast was a bit bare bones but it was clean and comfortable for the most part.

I would've given a perfect score but on our last night the was not touched by the room attendant. I don't mind not being cleaned, bed not made up or towels changed, but at least take out the trash. Every night before that has been perfect.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was kept up, room was clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was plentiful with many varities.

We brought our son to Boston for college and the hotels in the Beacon Hill area were a little pricier than we expected. We found this place about a 25 minute drive north that was perfect for us! The Woburn area was safe and quiet with a Target nearby, a 99 restaurant next door where we picked up a drink or two in the evenings, a Dave & Busters down the street, all walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and quiet with a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful at all times. Shout out to Luis for taking my call about a late check in and following up to confirm. We will most definitely stay here next time we come up to visit our son and have suggested it to other family members planning to go.

the manager was very kind, professional and accommodating. He was able to get us an early check in with enthusiasm and as we were checking in he was going above and beyond on helping an elderly couple bring their stuff in from the car. Amazing guy.
