This hotel was perfect for us as we had left our last hotel 2 days early as it was totally misrepresented! This Holiday Inn we moved to was everything a person or couple or family could want!! Nice daily breakfast included, clean clean property & rooms, nice beds & pillows, in room coffeemaker (keurig pods) good shower, USB plugs in the room was so important as the USB plugs in the rental car did not fit our phones! Too small & we were relying on our phone navigation to get to all the cities we travelled to! The property also has a bar & nice restaurant which is not the norm in Holiday Inn’s that we have stayed in! This was indeed a surprise to us!! I told the clerk on duty that I would definitely make a good review of this property! When in the Boston area, I would gladly stay there again! & the parking was easy & excellent!

Staff was helpful, Coffee and breakfast was good. Rooms and premises were very clean.

The room bathroom was not clean looked old and rusted.

Nice place

Booked this hotel a bit at the last minute for a research weekend. It’s a great distance from Salem, MA (if you’d like to avoid the seasonal rush and prices) as well as Boston. Breakfast was good for what it is (and hot). It’s also easily accessible to a number of restaurants and stores should you need anything last minute. Would certainly stay here again!

Front desk not very helpful. Arrived at 2 am and were told elevator needed service next day. They gave us 4th floor and told us to get our luggage down before 8am if we didn’t want to get it down using stairs. We were sleep deprived and just did it ourselves. Rude housekeeper came before 11 am knocking the door even though it wasn’t even checkout time. I think they need to hire more courteous staff.

Property was clean and little dated.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. There were however elevator issues, a slight shortage of towels, and for some reason the key cards continuously stopped working. Maybe it was a one off, I don’t know, but I would stay again.

We loved our stay here! Super clean, very nice, and our own Keurig in the room was awesome. Highly recommend!! 😊

Elevator issues, seemed like there was alot of maintenance half done. Old air conditioning units under stairwell, to old mattress thrown into the unused pool.

Fairly good room for a fair price. Layouts are a little different than normal but nothing awful. Breakfast was great.

The sofa bed was also not prepared and did not have any sheets or bedding. I was not offered any assistance or bedding for it. The hotel ultimately offered only $50 off my stay for the inconvenience, which I feel was completely inadequate given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the condition of the replacement room was also unacceptable. Immediately upon entering, I noticed that the room was visibly dirty and unsanitary. There were hairs, boogers, and dirty marks throughout the bathroom and main room. The counters and floors had not been properly cleaned, and the microwave still had fingerprints and residue from the previous guest. The shower also contained multiple hairs, which we noticed before even using it. Between not receiving the room I booked, having inadequate sleeping arrangements for my children, not being provided bedding for the sofa bed, and then discovering that the replacement room had not been properly cleaned, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not stay at this location again, and I believe the condition of the room and the way this situation was handled warrants more than the $50 compensation that was offered.
