Good experience.

The room and staff were great but I was charged 275 for a 175.00 rate Still no return email regarding this, has been 2 weeks, beware!!!

我们一路开车从纽约过来11到达，安顿下来已经很晚了，因为地毯上的潮湿和味道，我把空调开到了68度试图去味去潮湿。对着空调的床，我用了枕头垒了起来挡风。真的特别累我想忍受着一晚明天再换房间。孩子们先洗睡的，等我完成所有的洗漱已经是1点了，等我躺上床才发现床上也是潮湿的，并且有味道，我都无法形容我自己的心情了，但是孩子们已经睡下，我不可能再去把他们叫起来换房间。我在床上整整躺了一个半小时才睡着，实在太难受了，我的脚从头到尾都是冰凉的，被子盖在身上也是潮湿的，这样迷迷糊糊的睡到5:00，再也睡不着了。开车的劳累和一整晚的折腾，让我感觉非常非常的糟糕。我从来没有评论的习惯，这是我第一次。

The place was going through remodeling. But it was sort of ok in general

Great location to tavel in and out of Boston, Concord, and area. Great breakfast.

Room was clean did not smell at all. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy. Friendly desk staff. Lobby was clean. Near lots of food and stores. Nice safe location. Would recommend and stay again

Breakfast was good and as expected with the typical offerings including some hot entrees. Room was clean, location convenient to freeways. After a long driving day, the attached Chateau restaurant was a welcome amenity.

The property was under a bit of construction so it was not too clean and lobby got a bit cramped. The room is a bit on the small side for holiday inn express, shower hot/cold was swapped, shower water pressure too small. The AC auto is the same as lo fan setting causing it to blow cold air onto the bed the entire night. We had to cover it with a towel nightly to mitigate. Old towels removed, but no new towels provided if no room service. Just a bunch of small things making our stay not quite not as enjoyable.

Good clean rooms, perfect location

Good location for highway access and retail/services across the street. Breakfast was good. Nice linens. A bit loud in rooms and could use some updating/maintenance.

Every was very good except there was mice/rat in two of the three rooms that I booked for my stepdaughter graduation from Harvard.we ask them to change the room which they did.would I go back there again I don’t think so.

Our car was broken into when we parked it overnight in the parking lot. Window was smashed and money stolen . The parking lot needs paving, more lights, and cameras. Parking seems to be shared with a restaurant and a Dunkin Donuts next door.

It felt like a light was on inside the room. Waking up during the night made it seem like it was daylight outside and hard to gage what the actual time was. Very distracting especially sleeping in the bed next to the window. The phone in our room had no jack, so no connection. When we spoke to maintenance he told us, no phone jack, but did ask if we wanted another room. We went to the desk when in need of something.

The house keepers are rule and mean. They wanted us to collect all the dirty towels for them, they seemed like they wanted us to do their jobs. Terrible

Great breakfast and room/bed very comfortable.

Everything was excellent … They have continental breakfast . The lower floor was renovated but other that was excellent stayed.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a very pleasant stay.

Older facility, one small (and slightly sketchy) elevator. Standard pre-fab breakfast, although the breakfast potatoes came out hot; otherwise, the usual "cheese omelette" made in a facility far, far away. Attached restaurant was serviceable, though it closed very early (9:30 on a Saturday night?). I would say it was little value for the money ,but since everything else is also way overpriced, I guess this is mid range. Highly recommend Surf restaurant in the complex across the street.

I like this property for the breakfast and great value for my money. Will be back again in the near future. Greatly recommended
