Hampton Inn Boston Woburn

Pretty hotel in great new condition. Good breakfast and nice staff. Very responsive. We had an issue with bathroom faucet and they came up right away to fix it. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to bring dog!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This location was very clean well maintained. The pool is really nice. And the breakfast was good.

Really friendly staff and rooms are comfortable, clean and relatively large. Good free breakfast at the hotel and Pressed restaurant is within walking distance with an extensive menu and tasty food & drinks. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to several parks and local attractions. We'll be staying here again when we come up next year.

Room was not cleaned

Asked the person working the front desk about the best way to get into Boston/Fenway. She recommended the train. We drove in and regretted driving. The next day we took a train into Boston and was so much easier. I told her the next time I saw her I should have listened to her but my kids said to just drive.

The night staff was absolutely useless. They were not helpful at all. They also don’t clean everyday. We had to ask for towels 3 times. Still no response so we had to sit at the lobby to get someone to go upstairs. The evening soirée that they host wasn’t well set. They had limited sandwiches, so if you’re late you are stuck with crackers and cheese.

The breakfast was okay: it was the same offering the two morning that I was there.

The staff was great for the checking in/out process.

We stayed here for a few nights and it was very nice and comfy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and staff was friendly. Quiet too for the kids

The hotel was very nice. It is easy to get to the only downside to the hotel is the breakfast. The breakfast was one of the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The hotel and rooms are clean and well taken care of. The continental breakfast was horrible. The eggs were undercooked, the meats were overcooked and the cereal was stale.

Beautiful hotel & very clean rooms. Super happy with our stay & would definitely stay again!!

Starbucks and Chick Fil A in the parking lot. Easy walk.
