Clean room, there was a delay with using elevators due to inspections as well as some sort of noise/construction in the evening.

Price vs Quality match well. Do not need to think too much

This is my second time here and unfortunately the first time was much better, and my room was much better last time around. My room could use some extra care. The bathroom light didn’t work properly so I couldn’t see close up, the mini couch smelled completely of urine, the desk was coming apart, and I was knot given one roll of toilet paper which ran out the night prior to me leaving. Breakfast was kind of horrible also due to how long you had to wait for a waffle maker and then all the mess patrons were leaving afterwards. I should have left well enough alone and did r come back because it ruined my first experience stay. Now I know this location can be a hit or miss. I was able to sleep at least. I did voice my gripes with the front desk staff but she seemed uninterested and just said ok. Upon arrival I had rebooked this hotel only for the guy at the front desk to take a full payment on my credit card after telling him I already had a reservation that was paid for, it was like he wasn’t listening to me. I am still awaiting my refund for the entire room that was charged by a mistake on the hotels behalf. I probably won’t come back.

Breakfast was ok. Not much variety. Rooms were clean and housekeeping used to come and clean whenever we requested.

The staff were very kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The barn door to the bathroom is a little revealing so be very close with your travel mate. The pool was questionable in terms of clean. And breakfast had many options. The cooked elements were not super appealing. Sorry.

Breakfast very limited, could be better for the price of the hotel. Pool was under construction it should be announced on the website. Overall for one night it was ok

Our room was good. Very clean and well maintained. The check in staff was exceptional. The property is in great condition. The elevators take quite awhile to arrive, but worked well. We encountered a very rude breakfast room attendant. An older woman is said attendant. Wiping tables with a dirty cloth, screaming at her helper, yelling at guests asking where the trash can was, VERY unpleasant. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done except to tell us the GM would be advised.

My room was not cleaned when I requested for it to be cleaned. Cleaner did not speak English

Positives, Chick Fil A and Starbucks are in the hotel parking lot. We would stay here again.

Clean room

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was quite busy probably bc of all the soccer fans so the staff could not keep up with refilling food choices. They were trying though!

Beautiful property, close to great restaurants!

Very clean

Very convenient to the and easy access off the freeway! Needed a bigger sign to actually find the hotel it was rather hidden as we exited the freeway.
