This was the most horrible stay I've ever had. I asked the manager to refund my upcoming reservation as it was non-refundable, she looks at me and says I'm not refunding your current reservation without me even asking for that. She did refund the following one but oh my didn't even feel bad for my basic needs not being met over a 5 day stay. If I could, I would give this hotel zero starts. Oh and I DID contact guest services line, they called the hotel and even then my basic requests weren't fulfilled... All I asked for is fresh daily towels and a toilet brush. THAT'S IT! Had they been kind and accommodating, this review would have been completely different.

Convenient location. Visited with family in the outdoor area outside in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Comfortable single night stay.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful during my entire stay, I have had only positive and friendly interactions with the staff! The bar was closed on the weekends (due to short staffing, which I understand) but bar/lobby area was clean and safe.

We have stayed here several times over the years but during our most recent stay we encountered some issues with our room worth mentioning. The room had a noticeable odor that immediately makes one suspect of the level of cleanliness. There were noticeable smudges on the wall all around the thermostat, and a prominent area of mold in the otherwise clean shower. The cover on water supply for the toilet was covered with rust and was apparently loose in the wall based on the pipe noises when the water shut off after filling. Finally, the tissue dispenser was empty except for one remaining tissue crammed into the slot. We could have overlooked any one of these issues but taken collectively we had to wonder if the needed attention is being given to room preparation. Our past stays have always been excellent so l have to wonder why so many obvious and easy to fix issues were present.

The room was clean. Everything was well kept. Breakfast buffet offered all the basics and was good and convenient. Location suited us very well. There are restaurants nearby and parking at the hotel was plentiful.

Conveniently located, well kept property Pool was a little cold and too much chlorine

We had a first floor room, room was ok but with high humidity in the room. Breakfast was poor, not good.

Only slept there on way home. It was fine & convenient to easy food. It was fine, had a nice indoor pool. Fairly new hotel, convenient & clean.
