There was cockroaches

We were given a left over smokers room. Smelled horrible . I traveled with my family young kids included. We complained to the office staff that the room smelled horrible.(it was so bad our clothes and luggage absorbed the odor !) They switched us into a room that was better. It lacked the horrible smokers, hamster urine smell however it was still a very dirty room . The hallways of the hotel have a smell to them .very outdated hotel no amenities the pool is only for special reservations and guests, or so I was told .There’s no coffee maker in the lobby. There’s an overpriced cooler with drinks and sandwiches . The hand towels had markings on them as if they were used and folded dust and dirt rust on all of the lamp fixtures, dead bugs in the lights, ant infestation in the room I mean, I could honestly go on and on

Not much Staff were real bad, need training. They make a simple job, extremely difficult it felt. Messages sent to hotel regarding a ground floor room close to the entrance was agreed, when we arrived, they said we had the very last room 535 at the end of the corridor in the hotel, on the 5th floor, I asked why when you agreed via email and now I’m here, nothing, she even said sorry I think it’s my fault as I didn’t really read the request. Thanks a lot!

Buen hotel

Clean room. Did not receive any room service during my 5 night stay however. Clerk at the main desk also had a poor attitude towards guests guests.

This is definitely a "meh" hotel. The room was relatively clean except for the floor. I hate when I step out of the shower and have to clean my feet again before getting dressed. The bed was only moderately comfortable. One elevator was out of service. And the "free coffee in the lobby" is not a thing. The machine had a "coming soon" sign on it and considering this is not a new hotel, and according to the front desk, perhaps the sign should read, "Not coming anytime soon." lol

I stayed for one week, and my room was cleaned only twice during that time, which was disappointing. Additionally, I am still waiting for the refund of the security deposit that was collected at check-in to cover any potential damages. I checked out without causing any damage to the room, yet I have not received my refund or any communication regarding its status. I would appreciate better communication from management and a timely resolution of the outstanding refund. Overall, the hotel was okay, but improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

I was on the 4th floor newly renovated, clean and new. Great for one night stay, staff VERY HELPFUL

Our 2 rooms were not on the same floor, which is not ok. The rooms are clean, hotel is quiet, the restaurant next door is excellent. Easy on and off the interstate. Close to the subway if you want to drive and park to the orange line. Only complaints are 2 rooms on separate floors.

dirty, worn out, and cockroaches in our room. so disgusting, had to sleep with the lights on and eveything off the floor so no bugs would get in our stuff

Nothing at all I had a horrible stay and was extremely disappointed in the hotel states and shows a pool but was told it was a private pool and could not use it otherwise we would have stayed somewhere with a pool and then the one elevator was broke so had to use the stairs several times because the only working elevator took forever for the 5 floors and the staff was useless and could not bring up wash clothes the second day so had to go back up and down on the stairs up and down 3 flights. Worst stay ever will leave a negative review will zero stars

Other than that things were great

clean place and was a convient stop. stayed for one night. parking was easy and no charge. Full sized beds felt bigger and were very comfy. It’s next to a gas station and convenient store. hotel tv had family guy.

Comfortable clean , had tough time sleeping my room was facing rear toward roof and outdoor lighting was still coming into room with curtains closed was hard to sleep

The hotel staff were not helpful at all, the vending machines were broken, they made us switch rooms bc they put in the wrong one, the bathroom and room didn’t match the picture we were sent! I was extremely dissatisfied
