Dirty, staff not in uniform. Out side parking was kinda sketchy. Didn’t want to leave my car unattended. Thugs hanging out side watching us walk in the building. Power went out for over a hour called front desk no answer. Called caps they said the power wasn’t out anywhere else.

really clean room - but hallway smelled quite a bit. also for some reason thought there was a pool that was open to the public - but apparently it is only for a swim school and special events. clean room though! and convenient location.

The pet policy Well, first of all, it looked nothing like the photos. Second of all on our first night there the power went out at midnight and we had no AC power until the following day around 3pm I had asked our room to be cleaned, but when I came there, they never came to clean it.

Great for a quick stay on a budget. No complaints.

However, we had a terrible experience with our stay. We were unable to sleep all night because there was an all night extremely loud party going on right next door to our room. It seemed like a young crowd probably around 20 people partying next door. Music blasting and doors slamming all night long. I heard one guy say to another guy right outside my door in the corridor, “ Do you want a smoke?” I felt afraid for my safety which is why we did not complain. The next morning I mentioned it to the front desk and they said that someone else complained as well. We had an international flight to catch the next morning from Logan and we wanted to get a good night’s rest. We were up all night and we were exhausted the following day. It was a nightmare!!!

The location. Across the street are restaurants, a grocery store and other stores, which made it convenient. The entrance to the hotel. It looks like a dingy motel, which is not reflective of the rooms.

definitely would not book again. The whole place needs an overhaul but the staff were decent.

The price was good. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The room was cleaned when we arrived. But housekeeping never took the trash out. I left it in hall. I asked for towels twice never got them. Housekeeping never came to make the beds in 4 days that we stayed.

Its cheap thats about all it's got. Staff aint helpfully they come off like customers are nuisances. Microwave had no knobs to use it. I was awoken at around midnight by staff banging on my door saying downstairs was complaining I was banging around and being loud. Dont even know about that one guess I sleep loudly. Lastly dont expect your 100 dollar deposit back. Its a rundown scummy motel they set you up in a crappy room with broken stuff then when its time for the deposit back they accuse you of damages or smoking in the room. Do yourself a favor get a diffrent motel dont put yourself through red roofs bull crap
