Everything It is a bit isolated, needs a bigger pool.

Breakfast area, bar area and other communal areas clean and in good condition. Laundry room and BBQ grills outside front of hotel are convenient. Plenty of parking around hotel. Chick fil A across road and liquor store within 5 minute walk. Chief engineer who was also filling in for shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful- 5 star employee! Very few other local amenities within 30 minute walk. Pool was cloudy and salty but in Europe we are used to chlorinated crystal clear pools. Hot breakfast varied by day but was limited in choice i.e. scrambled egg every day with one meat and usually one potato and sometimes not hot enough. Fresh fruit at breakfast was sometimes finished very early with no replenishment. Bar closed at weekends and limited hours during week. No onsite restaurant other than breakfast. Overall a good hotel for our 9 night stay

The breakfast had many options, and our girls had a lot of fun in the pool. It’s also walkable to Pressed and Chickfila for easy food options.

Was very well looked after from the moment we arrived . Handy location to get to Boston from nearby Anderson station . A few good food spots just a few yards away . Room was just what we needed , and spacious .

It was excellent, very clean, beautiful inside.The breakfast was great, I would definitely stay again. The price was steeper than I like to pay, but It was a real treat.

The hotel is very nice, but there is no reliable public transportation that can take you to the hotel easily. You need to have your own car or take ride share.

The matters are horrible, they need to be changed, no pen or writing pads in the room, usually all the hotels carry

Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances.

Our first little gateway trip as a family of 3. We loved our room and at the floor we were it was only families no one worried about a baby crying we all were on the same page honestly we loved it

Located about 15 minutes from the T-Train parking was easy there

Room was very comfortable, well maintained, and didn’t feel cramped at all. The kitchen area was a huge plus! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

If I could give a minus star to this place I wood, they don’t even deserve one star. Changed me twice. I paid in advance and the n they billed my cc. When I call them they tell you to call another time because they don’t have manager and because they are working alone they can’t take down your information and have someone call you. When you ask what type of hotel can’t reach out to guest…. They hanged up! Name at the front desk ! I would tell everyone to double check their bill or just stay in another hotel and avoid the headache!

The breakfast was unfortunately the most unpleasant experience we’ve ever had. The eggs were very runny, sausage was overcooked, the waffle maker was covered in crusted burnt batter and the employee simply sprayed over it between customers. The oatmeal was very watery, and the only fruit was two bruised apples no one touched and a soggy paper bowl in a bin of ice with honeydew melon in it. Over all the options were very limited and what we did have to choose from was inedible. Very dissatisfied.

The reviews I read prior to my visit were so accurate. The hotel was really clean, except for a few hairs found in my shower!!! It didn't bother me at all. But I couldn't believe how what others had said, was exactly what I experienced! LOL.
