The staff was nice but my balcony was dirty my fridge didn't get cold the water barely drained in the tub and there was foot marks on the bathroom door. Staff was fine but the cleanliness didn't reflect what we paid for

Nothing Noisy floors above. Curtains would not close properly. Weird shower. Just not comfortable at all. Tv too loud no matter what I did. Staff not helpful to move me to a better room

There was no microwave in the room. Restaurant and bar prices were ridiculously high. There were no tissues in the room. All very disappointing. Next time Holiday Inn. Also 10$ a day for parking…,really?
