The only thing I didn’t like is when I tried yo check out at 3:30 AM because I had to be at the airport to return my car at 4:30 there was no one at the front desk. very surprising and very disappointing.

paying $300 a night , we figured breakfast or maybe even parking was included ( their parking lot is just theirs ) yet neither were included. None of the other hotels we have ever stayed at in Boston/ Woburn didn’t include those. THEN we get into our room, no trash bags at all. No fitted sheet for the pull out bed. Found a living bug in the pullout. The pool was FREEZING . No one said anything to us when leaving like “ thank you for staying” etc. hair on the bed, hair in the shower. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Woburn/ Boston area. There was also blood splattered on the bag that the flat sheet and “ blanket “ were in. They didn’t have any pillows for the pull out either. Will not be staying here again.

The breakfast is paid with not many options and damn expensive. The small packaged cereals are $7+ dollars where as the same at walmart is approx $2

Unfortunately, we had very loud guests in the room above us with pounding on the floor, and we had to leave very early in the morning.

it's good. clean and nice room. spacious and good enough for my whole family. good stay. the only thing I was not happy is my son went to buy two bottles of water and two crackers spending 18 bucks! In order to give the maid some tips, I asked my little son to get some change, and the front desk did not do for him. He had to buy something and he bought four little things and got $2 back. and they didnt even give him a receipt.

Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, and had thoughtful touches everywhere. Even the pool towels were plentiful and great quality. It is genuinely dog-friendly without sacrificing cleanliness or comfort. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again!

The room had a smelly, like wet carpet. Not like other times when I was there. :(

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My family and I had such an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. But the best part was the staff! Everyone was so wonderful. We travelled with our older Rough Collie and he and the rest of my family were treated like VIPs during our stay. We had a great time!

The place was very nice. However it listed a restaurant with breakfast available. The breakfast was Starbucks. The choices were very limited and the muffin was soggy. Other than that we liked the place.

The building itself is a little dated. The door took a little jimmying to open and the carpet was a little tired, but generally clean. I didn't try the amenities except for the in-room coffee maker. The staff was fine.

Did not like lack of complimentary coffee, and expensive prices for on site food, bottle of water 6$???

The rooms are very clean and the food is excellent
